Quality nonslip runners for my aging dog!

I bought 3 of these runners to help my aging German Shepherd have traction as she walks on our hardwood floors. They arrived rolled up, not folded, so there were no wrinkles in the runner. All 3 laid flat as soon as I rolled them out as well. They seem to be a good quality and do not slip around, which was an issue we were having with our current runners. I was excited to find something that both looks good and will help my best friend.

Great Neutral Runner for a High-Traffic Area

I’m very happy with this bath mat overall. It arrived without any creases and laid flat right away. The mat is nice and thin, allowing the door to glide over it smoothly without catching. The colors are vibrant and have remained bright even after washing, and I appreciate that it’s machine washable and easy to clean. The length is exactly as advertised, and it absorbs water well. It doesn’t dry as quickly as a stone bath mat, but as long as excess water is dried off before stepping out of the shower, the mat is usually dry by the next day. My only downside is that it isn’t very vacuum-friendly, which can make cleaning a little more challenging. Other than that, it’s a great-looking, functional bath mat that has held up well so far.

This rug arrived today and it’s wonderful! Well, so far at least! lol. We didn’t have anything on the floor as far as a rug is concerned. This is nice & heavy, s little thick, it has the nice rubber backing & it’s so diff to walk on. We have 3 dogs that love to tear down the hallway chasing each other so we’ll see how it holds up to that much activity. lol. The last runners I have had end up bunching up at one end of the other bc of them. lol. Fingers are crossed!

4 Months Later — Still the Best Runner I’ve Owned for Tile Floors

I’ve tried multiple runners on my Spanish tile floors, including Ruggable, and every one slid, curled, bunched up, or became a trip hazard. This one didn’t. After 6 months of daily use, I still haven’t had to straighten or reposition it once. My previous runner needed repositioning 5–6 times a day. After more than 2 months, I still haven’t had to straighten or adjust this one even once. We’ve had daily traffic from two dogs, family members of all ages, and a robot vacuum for 6 months, and it still stays flat. The edges haven’t curled, it hasn’t shifted, and it remains just as secure as when I first put it down. What surprised me most was the comfort. Although it’s a low-profile rug, it feels softer and more cushioned underfoot than I expected, making hard tile much more comfortable to walk on barefoot. The rubber backing provides excellent grip without needing a separate rug pad. At about 0.3 inches thick, it fits under doors easily, vacuums well, and hasn’t interfered with the robot vacuum. I’ve washed it several times and air dried it each time. It still lays flat with no shedding, loose threads, shrinking, or damage to the backing. The camel color hides everyday dirt well and pairs nicely with warm tile and darker wood furniture. The only downside was a mild rubber smell when first opened, but it faded within a day or two. If you’re specifically looking for a runner that won’t slide around on tile floors, this is one of the best I’ve owned. I’d buy it again.
