    • It works by itself but doesn't integrate with anything i use.
I have a number of other basic Govee sensors and they all integrate into into my smart home, however this appears to only integrate with other Govee things. So it may work as a vibration sensor but nothing I can do with it. Shame that all my other Bluetooth Govee sensors can be used in a smart home, but the longer range more expensive line of Govee do not. Good experiment, I will have to try with another device from another vendor. Im updating my review and adding starts as Govees customer support is top notch and has helped with the issue. For now sad that these wont work with my fully smart home, cant wait till these work with other systems ... show more

It works well but i personally need it to integrate with other products that Govee doesn’t create to make better automations.

    • Not great. Not sensitive to normal vibrations.
The media could not be loaded. I was very excited to use this gadget until I realized it was not the best. Yes, small, simple to setup, but not sensitive to light, regular, simple vibrations. I automated this gadget to turn on my bathroom mirror strip light once we entered the bathroom. As you can see in the video, it doesn’t do the automation when I entered, opened the door, closed the door, or walked in (and I am not a light guy); it wasn’t until I tapped the gadget with my hand that it was able to transmit the signal to turn on my light. On a second try, it turned on the light only when I slapped the door really hard, which of course I won’t do regularly. I love Govee and almost all their products, but this one gave me a very sour taste. Needless to say that I am returning it. I am giving it 2 stars because “it works”, but unfortunately it doesn’t work as it should be. ... show more

Junk. Doesn't connect with Alexa devices. Not sure what good it is, customer support slow and not helpful with THIS item.

The setup was super easy! This unit uses Bluetooth to communicate with other Govee products. Don't expect the same distance as using WiFi. Overall another great product from Govee

I have this thing literally ON my garage door and it fails to trigger the lights 9 times out of 10.
