Update: September 2022 I've had the unicycle for not even 1.5years and it is dying on me. The battery seems to be bad already. I fully charge it after each ride and today it was not able to even get me past about 5-8mph. You'd think for $1200 they would put a better quality battery in it that would last longer. I'm changing my overall rating, because of the lack of support, the quality and endurance of the product is not worth it at all. I should have just bought a One Wheel. --------------------------- Good product and a lot of fun to ride. Terrible information and instructions. You're basically on your own figuring things out.
