From the start I was impressed with the shipping box, all parts were secure and padded. After taking it out, I was very happy to find that the assembly instructions and manual were very detailed and easy to understand. Fortunately this bikes assembly was very simple taking about 30 minutes total. We have another ebike that looks just like I normal bike (with it's structure) which we enjoy but I must say this style, is much more comfortable. It's just a step through to get on which I really like, don't need to hoist myself up. Because the seat is lower to the ground there's no bend of the back, very comfortable, could ride for a long time. The seat itself is very soft and nice too. This bike is also so simple to operate. Just insert key, click over once and it's on. Pedaling gives you power or you can just twist the throttle to go without any pedaling. I like having both options. This bike is very sturdy and durable. Frame is strong and tires are high quality, thick treads and large tires all around. Charging is simple, charges fast and I'm impressed with how long the battery life is. You can easily pack this bike into a car and take places. So happy with all this bike has especially for the price. So, so much fun!

As someone who's just 5 feet tall, I was worried most e-bikes would be too big or hard to handle—but this one is perfect. The adjustable seat gives me a comfortable height, and the fat tires feel super stable. Assembly was really easy too—it came mostly pre-assembled, and the rest only took a little bit of effort. I love that it can fold down, so I can easily put it in my SUV when we go out. Charging it was simple, and everything worked right out of the box.
