I bought this electric bike for zipping around my neighborhood and running small errands, and I’m genuinely impressed. The fat tires really help with stability and make it feel smooth even on uneven sidewalks or gravel paths. This e-bike is AMAZING! I'm so happy with this purchase, it has been a blast to ride for all the youth and adults in my family. From the start I was impressed with the shipping box, all parts were secure and padded. After taking it out, I was very happy to find that the assembly instructions and manual were very detailed and easy to understand. Fortunately this bikes assembly was very simple taking about 30 minutes total. We have another ebike that looks just like I normal bike (with it's structure) which we enjoy but I must say this style, is much more comfortable. It's just a step through to get on which I really like, don't need to hoist myself up. Because the seat is lower to the ground there's no bend of the back, very comfortable, could ride for a long time. The seat itself is very soft and nice too. This bike is also so simple to operate. Just insert key, click over once and it's on. Pedaling gives you power or you can just twist the throttle to go without any pedaling. I like having both options. This bike is very sturdy and durable. Frame is strong and tires are high quality, thick treads and large tires all around. Charging is simple, charges fast and I'm impressed with how long the battery life is. You can easily pack this bike into a car and take places. So happy with all this bike has especially for the price. So, so much fun!

This company is a scam! DO BOY NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought my son an E bike to go back-and-forth from school, it lasted approximately four months and the battery totally tanked out. They made me send videos and pictures, put me through the wringer with multiple messages back to me asking for more, I kept telling them it’s the battery that’s the problem. They finally sent me an email saying that they would send out a replacement battery, this was two months ago! If you go onto their website and attempt to buy a new battery, they don’t even have them in stock so clearly I will not be getting my battery replaced under the warranty that is still in place. I emailed them recently asking where the hell my replacement battery was “we will ship it when we can and send you a notification with the tracking information. This was over a month ago. This is total crap and an absolute scam. Do NOT buy a damn thing from this company they do not stand behind their products and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. For such an expensive bike, you think that I’d actually care about the warranties that they claim we’re entitled to on Amazon. Honestly, they shouldn’t be able to sell these bikes if they don’t even have any batteries to replace the ones that are crap. Absolutely horrific customer service, I have never in my life experience something like this. DO NOT buy a damn thing from this company, especially if your bike is your only motive travel as it is for my son. They do not care whatsoever that people are stranded because their product is trash.

As someone who's just 5 feet tall, I was worried most e-bikes would be too big or hard to handle—but this one is perfect. The adjustable seat gives me a comfortable height, and the fat tires feel super stable. Assembly was really easy too—it came mostly pre-assembled, and the rest only took a little bit of effort. I love that it can fold down, so I can easily put it in my SUV when we go out. Charging it was simple, and everything worked right out of the box. I just finished setting it up and I’m so excited to take it out for my first ride!
