The scooter takes 5 hours to charge but only goes about 2.5 miles per charge. The sticker on the scooter came off of the scooter about 1 week after I purchased the scooter. My kids are having a blast on this electric scooter. The adjustable handle bar height is so helpful for kids of different ages. My 12 year old and 6 year old are both able to function it well and use all the settings smoothly. If you know how to use a regular scooter this one isn't much different. Bought for daughter’s birthday. Gifted in the 10th and a week and a half later and the battery no longer holds a charge. I have one very upset and sad daughter. Don’t waste your money here. UPDATE: Their support team reached out to me and replaced my daughter’s scooter. We received it the other day and have charged it up. She’s already ridden it once and it’s working well.
