I have purchased Gotrax before and I absolutely recommend them. This pink one is really pretty and perfect for me or one of my teen grand children. It was easy to assemble and works great. Its speed is pretty good, I don’t need speed at 62 I wanted safe and sturdy and this scooter does that. It only took a few hours to fully charge and the charge lasted a good while. I bought this one so my sister and I can ride together, she is 60 and I trust this scooter for either of us. The tires road nice,brakes worked great and had a nice platform for standing.

The scooter was easy to set up and it came with clear instructions. are very useful. The scooter speed suits us very well.so my kids are able to ride it, t was reasonably priced and worth it. The shipping was fast. but it’s also perfect for adults to use. The charging is quick and does not need much setting up, making it easy to use and portable. Have to returned it, received another one, then got damaged again with a brake error. We followed the instructions to write [email protected]. First mistake. They said to send it, to a Texas address to fix the error. We send it back, paid for package 📦 and we sent it. We waited 4 weeks and they sent us another one and the brakes was not installed and is not ours, instead of white they sent us a black one. Now we have another scooter and is damaged as well and no money back because we didn’t called Amazon to returned instead we sent it to fix it. Please don’t be ignorant like us. Before buying something from Amazon check the brand website first. We didn’t, we paid 266.00 in amazon and in the brand website is 200.00. Anything you buy from Amazon, Call them always before 30 days, don’t send anything to get fix. Is better to return it. Now the Gotrax company can’t do anything because we didn’t buy the scooter from them, and Amazon can’t give us the money back because is after 30 days. And is not the same scooter the Gotrax company sent us supposedly fixed! We thought that the email address [email protected] is from Amazon. And is not, so If you bought a Gotrax from Amazon don’t write or don’t follow the instructions that came as a warning sign, call Amazon directly and return it!!!! Hope my mistake help someone. The brand Gotrax is trash! We bought a cheaper one until Gotrax fixed ours. And is still working with no issue. So please, don’t waste money on thi pice of ….Gotrax is not a good brand.

After researching many scooters I decided on the G4. I wanted something with decent power to climb hills, max out to at least 20 mph and was portable. I bought mine in June and in just 3 months I've already taken it to 4 states and ridden almost 300 miles on it. The only issue I've had so far is the headlight not working but I'm hoping I can fix it. The best features : Portability - the integrated cable lock along with the easy foldup lock mechanism along with it being on the lighter side makes it easy to throw in the back of my car and take anywhere; Cruise Control - I wasn't sure I'd like this feature but actually I love it. When you're on a long flat ride you can just forget about the throttle. Power - for this price range and size of scooter, I can get up some pretty big hills even weighing a touch over 200 lbs. Tires - I've ridden on all sorts of terrain, even through broken glass (accidentally) and no issues with the tires at all. I wouldn't buy a scooter with < 10" tires either. A little disappointing to me is the battery life as i don't think I even get close to the range described, maybe 15 miles max. I'm working on losing some weight to extend that! Also while the power is decent, I could use just a little bit more for hills where I live but considering I paid around $500 for this (when they were listed at $599 and I found a $100 off coupon), I'm ok with it. All considered, this is a really fun, really nice scooter that I use daily and I have people frequently stopping me or asking about the scooter when I'm out riding. I am looking at getting 2 more for my sons who are in college and can use this to commute.

The scooter is exactly what I expected and works great. It rides smoothly, has solid build quality, and is perfect for everyday use. I also had a great experience with customer service. I accidentally broke my charger, and they sent me a replacement right away with no hassle. That level of support really stood out. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this scooter to others.

This e-scooter is amazing. The adjustability for the height is amazing it fits my 12 year old and me. The fold ability makes it so easy to transport. This is a really great deal for what you’re paying. I feel very safe while riding the scooter and feel like it is very durable and strong.
