The media could not be loaded. This is the second Gotrax scooter I’ve purchased. The first one was so good that my boyfriend ended up keeping it, so I bought this one for myself so we can go out riding together. So far I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to fold, the display is clear, and the speed is perfect for getting around the neighborhood. The ride feels stable and the tires handle small bumps well. The battery life has been good for my daily use, and the cruise control is a nice feature on longer rides. It’s also lightweight enough to store or carry when needed. Overall, it’s a great scooter for the price and a fun way to get around. I would definitely recommend it.

I really like this scooter. I like how this scooter comes with everything. The bell on this is small but mighty, easy to use and loud enough without being too much. The light is bright. There’s a display, and easy to use controls and brake. I like the hooks as well to store my helmet. The base is wide and sturdy and the wheels are big enough to provide a smooth ride. There’s even a little pump to fill them up. Comfortable handles and easy to store, and lightweight but sturdy.

This scooter has turned out to be genuinely useful for RV travel. It folds easily, stores without fuss, and does not take up much space in a compartment or a backseat. Setup is quick once you arrive somewhere, which makes it ideal for campground loops, marina areas, large RV parks, or running short errands without breaking camp or moving the rig. It folds beautifully and doesn’t take up much space. Build quality feels solid and confidence inspiring. The frame is sturdy, the folding mechanism locks securely, and nothing feels flimsy or loose once assembled. The deck is wider than expected and comfortable to stand on, with good grip that feels stable even when stopping or starting frequently. Performance is exactly what you want for RV use. Acceleration is smooth and predictable, cruising speed is comfortable on flat ground, and it handles paved paths and streets well. Let’s talk about power: This is not meant for steep hills or rough terrain, but for campground roads, sidewalks, and town cruising it performs reliably. Braking feels controlled and not grabby, which matters in shared pedestrian spaces. Charging is straightforward and the charger connection fits securely. I did have difficulty with the port closure. It arrives with the cap open. When I went to plug it after charging, it was a bit fussy but I finally prevailed and it’s still closed as of this typing. Battery life has been consistent with the advertised range for casual riding, which is more than adequate for daily campground use and short trips. Being able to charge it back at the RV overnight is convenient and hassle free. Overall this is a practical, well designed electric scooter that fits RV life very well. At this current price it holds its value.

This is a rear-wheel drive scooter, and because all of the weight seems to be found toward the back of the scooter, it makes it a bit more awkward to lift and carry when i fold it and need to carry it somewhere. This feels like a well-built scooter. Every time I hit a bump or a large crack in the street, the scooter takes the shock in stride. It has a solid feel to it. The headlamp is okay, but it could be a bit brighter. Also, the way that the headlamp is mounted makes it impossible to aim straight forward, instead the light is always pointing down in front of the scooter. There are LED light on each side of the platform that illuminate it both day and night. I haven't found a way to turn them off - they're always on. You can turn the headlamp off and on, but the side lights stay on whenever the power is on. Also, there is NO rear light. Other scooters seem to come equipped with a red rear light or tail light or maybe a brake light. There are two modes available for operation: ECO mode and Pedestrian mode. ECO is the normal operating mode, but Pedestrian mode is supposed to max out at 3mph. In the few times that I've tried to use Pedestrian mode, it has been worthless. Unless you are going downhill or on a perfectly smooth flat surface, the power seems inadequate to bring this scooter to anywhere near 3mph. I don't bother using Pedestrian mode anymore. The brakes are a bit of a disappointment. Yes, they work okay and they do an acceptable job of slowing down, but the brakes want to squeak again and again. I've adjusted the brakes over 10 times, and sometime when i hit a bump, the brakes will begin grinding and making noise. Then if i just keep riding, the noise goes away after 5 or 10 seconds, but it seems to return when i hit another big bump. The speed and the range seem perfectly fair and accurate. And the solid tires do make the ride a bit more bumpy, they also require less care. I never have to inflate these tires. Ever. The platform on this scooter is excellent. It is probably the longest surface scooter that i have ridden. I'm tall, so I enjoy being able to have a wider stance, and this long platform allows for that. The motor seems to provide plenty of power and speed, but at times it seems to lack enough power. It's as though the power comes and goes. But overall, it has good power and I'm very satisfied. There is a cruise control feature which is completely unnecessary. And it does get a bit annoying. If you hold the throttle for about 7 seconds at a consistent speed, the cruise control automatically kicks in. Just hit the brake, or move the throttle and the cruise control turns off, but it always seems to turn on when I don't want it on. Overall, this seems like a well-built scooter with good speed, good range, and a great platform. I'm glad that I own this Gotrax scooter.
