At first the entire kit was delivered separately in 5 boxes and a week apart. I assembled the frame by myself. I had help with the roof structure. I recommend you have at least two people to complete this project. There are basically no written instructions, only pictures. That works until you start the roof structure assembly. You must consider your corner roof panels in relation to the rain gutter/bottom frame channels. Fit the corners to the screw holes in the bottom channels prior to installing to the roof structure. I recommend you assemble your roof panels from the outside corners and work towards the middle section. Leave the roof channels finger tight initially. Torque them only after all the roof panels on that section are actually on the frame and aligned. Raining now with one leak. Very top roof cap. You may need to seal the exterior screw holes after assembly. ... show more

Looks great so far its only been a week up so in a few months I'll give another comment and after winter another. My only problem is I could have got this for $100 cheap same one or the 12x16 was $1099.00 thought thats what I was getting the 12x16. But no problems so far got alot of compliments and I think it is amazing ... show more

I had gotten tired of taking the cloth roof off of our old gazebo every fall and putting it back on in the spring, so I decided to go with a metal roof. I have to say this was a great decision. This was probably the most well packaged product I've ever received through the mail. In total there were seven boxes and nothing was damaged. Although I do have to say, have some help around. Each box was over 100 lb. As for assembly lol, you've got your work cut out for you. The directions recommended five people, my son and I managed to do it together. It was well worth the effort.
