I had found a cheaper set but the details in the description of the item weren't correct. One of the images in that item showed the dimension of the total length of the fire pit as the base. This put doubt in my mind and showed a lack of care. I found this set which was a little more money but real time was taken by this seller (Duke Group) to correctly provide the best description and every possible detail to make an educated decision. This allowed my to draw every layout scenario for my wife. I ordered the 8-piece dark blue set. With in days I received 7 of the 8 pieces. The fire pit came two days later and the correct colored cushion covers came shortly after. Myself not understanding how these pieces would arrive I reached out to Duke Group after receiving the initial 7 piece set raising concern of the missing 8th piece (fire pit) and the cushion color I received. The communication with this seller was the best I've had on Amazon. With in a day I had tracking numbers of every piece that was sent and a reassuring description of the sending/receiving process of the pieces. When I put together the fire pit there was a pretty good scratch on the top that was down to the metal. The fire pit lid came loose during transit and caused the damage. I sent pictures and my description of what may have caused the damage. The next day a new top was being sent to me. MY MIND WAS BLOWN! Duke Group exceeded every expectation I could have hoped for in a reseller. Now the furniture. It's great. Directions were clear and pieces are marked well. Every box (4 in total) had its own spare parts bag. They give you plenty of extra parts and tools but the set was so good I didn't need any of them while putting it together. I do know that if a screw falls out and gets lost I won't have to spend 1/2 an hour at the local box hardware store to find the right piece. Each box also came with extra wicker and directions on how to fix a break if it happens. This set is solid, well designed & well machined. Not a single cross thread during setup. I searched for deck furniture for months. I was afraid of purchasing though Amazon sight unseen when spending a lot of money. Well I took a chance because I didn’t find anywhere else you could get a 13 piece set for roughly $1200 with a fire pit and lots of seating. The shipping was amazing we got all the boxes for the furniture in about 5 days. My husband and son put it together in two days. They spent a little time on the first piece but once they figured it out each piece after that went quick. We had a piece that was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and they sent out another piece. LET ME JUST TALK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They are ON IT! TOP NOTCH the best customer service I have had in years!!! Seriously! So responsive and accommodating and kind. The product is everything advertised. I really can’t say enough. I added a few pictures but I will update once I get the other accessories (outdoor rug and lights) added. If you are on the fence about purchasing….Don’t be this is a true deal!!! ... show more

I purchased the 13 piece set in blue. I couldn't be happier with what I got. The furniture arrived in 7-9 boxes on 2 different days. It took 3 people 5 hours to put it together due to the fact that it has a lot of pieces. We opened up all of the boxes because there were screws & small pieces. Deciding how to set up the furniture took up some time. The picture posted is our first set up because we were having a get together that evening. We did not put out the 2 tables that come in the set. One of the table tops arrived broken. I took some pictures and sent the company a message through Amazon. They sent a replacement free right away. The cushions and pillows are thick. The wicker is strong and durable. Great price for so much seating space. Best purchase of the year! ... show more

We got the 13 piece set. Assembly was generally around 5 minutes per piece (once you do the first piece), except for the fireplace which took maybe 15 mins to assemble. The entire furniture set is very sturdy, looks very classy and the cushions were very comfortable. The Seller is very responsive and replied to our queries almost immediately. We had one small stain on one of the cushion covers and the Seller shipped a replacement right away. All said, this was worth the price and we are very satisfied. ... show more

I did a lot of research and chose this set because of the cost vs. value. First of all many of the sets sit very low (and they don't disclose or make it very hard to know how high up the seat is from the ground). These sit at approx 16 inches and then you have the 4 inch cushion so very comfortable and appropriate for even a taller person. Note the fire pit and the set all come in three boxes so be ready for a lot of assembly. The directions are clear but it will take a lot of time (although it went much faster once I had done a couple of chairs). A couple of assembly tips: Have a socket and ratchet handy. You won't use the ratchet thqt much but the socket is so much easier to hold the nut vs. the tiny wrench that is provided. Make sure you take inventory of the packets for each piece as I was missing a couple of screws (which were replaced). Finally look closely for the hole where the bolt screws in as may be obscured by the wicker. ... show more

We were a little tepid when buying this set because it's such a good deal and concerned about a lower quality product, but it's perfect! We've had it for a couple of months now and the first month we had it, it rained daily. Month two, it sat in the summer sun all day. The color of the cushions have stayed the same. No change. And they're super comfy with the extra thickness. We also live in the mountains and get high winds often, and the set barely moves when it gets super windy.
