Assembly wasn't the easiest, everything is labeled well, just took a lot of Manhours and instructions were picture only. Our roof was a little too short so we did have to cut about 2.5 inches off support poles to lower the unit, still worked out well.

Easy to build, lots of screws, sturdy.

I won't give it five stars because I do not know how it will do longevity wise. And while the instructions are pretty good, there are some minor things like when you're putting the brackets on for the A-frame on top. You can't really tell if they want the brackets, facing inward or outward just little things in the instruction dimensions. All in all it's a good sturdy unit and I'll see how it does over time. I would recommend a cordless screwdriver because there's literally probably 80 screws And if you have a T 25 torx, along with a 10 mm socket, you should be good to go.

Thought we were missing a part and sent message to customer service and they responded quickly turns out part was not missing and they still stayed with the case till I was happy...the product was a pain to put together but once it was done it it very nice on my deck. I am happy with gazebo so far...let's see how is holds in ohio weather!

Horrible quality
If I could put less than 1 star i would. Item came damaged roof panels have dents and crack and a post is bent and the posts dont properly align to each other. Trying to return is worse that just eating the cost of the broken pieces and finding replacement parts to make it work.

Nice product but horrible directions
This is a very nice Gazebo, however if you don't have some skills with tool you should probably not attempt this one. I had several mistakes parts and hardware. The directions have a lot to be desired. There are actually no narrative with these directions, it is all pictures. Luckily I am a contractor so I didn't have to much trouble. This is definitely a two person build.

20x12 Gazebo Review
I recently completed the build of the 20x12 version of this gazebo, and I wanted to share some key takeaways from the experience: 1. **Ease of Construction**: You can build about 95% of this gazebo by yourself. The only time I needed help was when connecting the 20ft beam to the side of the gazebo. The instructions were mostly clear and manageable for a solo build. 2. **Pre-Assembly Convenience**: I was able to assemble about 70% of the structure in my garage, which was a huge plus. This allowed me to avoid the heat and keep my lawn from getting damaged by scattered parts. 3. **Shipping Issues**: Shipping was a bit of a hassle. The boxes arrived on different days over a span of about two weeks, and one box was damaged. This resulted in another week's delay to receive the last box. However, customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. 4. **Assembly Challenges**: I encountered an issue with two of the roof slats not lining up with the screw holes. I had to drill my own hole to attach the bolt, which was a bit frustrating but manageable. 5. **Instruction Manual**: Some of the instructions could use improvement. Towards the end, I had to carefully plan some steps to ensure I could access all screws. One step would have required a bucket lift to reach the screw, which was not feasible. 6. **Finished Product**: The final build is fantastic. It's spacious, the colors are beautiful, and the curtains add a nice touch. My family loves it, and I highly recommend this gazebo. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the gazebo is a great addition to our outdoor space, and the effort was well worth it.

Nice but fragile.

A great little idea but be cautious with the sharp edges. I leaked once. I built it by myself but if I had a second set of hands around, I would have used them. It fell over on me twice and dented the thin metal quite easily. Take your time!! I'm almost done building it. It took me about two hours this morning and about two hours this afternoon.
