This gel works really well for laying my lace. It dries clear and keeps everything in place without lifting. I like that it does not leave white residue if you use the right amount. It also washes off easily when I am ready to remove my wig. I will keep buying this.

I have used this gel for the last 4-5 years. I have tried alternatives but this one is the best bang for the buck. A small dab (few drops) will do the trick and hold all day.

I've got wavy hair that always seems to go where it wants. I've tried gels, hair spray and clay and I usually end up using some combination of them (gel with hair spray or clay with hair spray). Even when that works okay I wake up in the morning with my hair uncontrollable and I have to throw on a hat when I take the dog out for a walk (pre shower). I only purchased this product because I needed a trial size to bring on an airplane and this was the only gel that my local pharmacy carried. Well, after using it only once I was hooked. It holds my hair in place really well. I can just use my fingers to keep my hair looking a bit more natural and rough... or I can brush it to slick it down a bit more. I usually do the sides with the brush and the top with my fingers. What I like the most is that it last longer than my other methods. And, even the next morning, I can just brush my hair and it looks pretty good... not perfect... but good enough that I can go outside without a hat on when I see other people. I will mention that it does have consistency more similar to glue. It's thick and it sticks to your fingers. You need soap and water to rinse it off your hands. But, I loved it so much I bought the 3 pack and got rid of my hair gel. ... show more
