I love this stuff. I have short hair that is straight on one side and curly on the other. With this 'goop' I can put it in, let it dry and all my hair will have curls.

I previously was hooked on Curlsmiths In shower fixer has it is a true hard hold gels, which us wavies need. It is a great product but $26 for one tube. Wavy hair needs a hard hold gel in order for the curl to stay so this may not be a good option for curlier hair types but a great option for us waives. This is a true hard hold gel and I can let my hair go for about 3 days before needing to rewash as mu curls hold that long with this gel. I replaced my Curlsmith In shower fixer with this product, this is a great dupe, for a way less price. ... show more

I've got wavy hair that always seems to go where it wants. I've tried gels, hair spray and clay and I usually end up using some combination of them (gel with hair spray or clay with hair spray). Even when that works okay I wake up in the morning with my hair uncontrollable and I have to throw on a hat when I take the dog out for a walk (pre shower). I only purchased this product because I needed a trial size to bring on an airplane and this was the only gel that my local pharmacy carried. Well, after using it only once I was hooked. It holds my hair in place really well. I can just use my fingers to keep my hair looking a bit more natural and rough... or I can brush it to slick it down a bit more. I usually do the sides with the brush and the top with my fingers. What I like the most is that it last longer than my other methods. And, even the next morning, I can just brush my hair and it looks pretty good... not perfect... but good enough that I can go outside without a hat on when I see other people. I will mention that it does have consistency more similar to glue. It's thick and it sticks to your fingers. You need soap and water to rinse it off your hands. But, I loved it so much I bought the 3 pack and got rid of my hair gel. ... show more

I have used this gel for the last 4-5 years. I have tried alternatives but this one is the best bang for the buck. A small dab (few drops) will do the trick and hold all day.

Can be used to tame your edges, spike your hair, or like I do, hold down my lace. It works beautifully. The product description is correct! In 3rd photo, my unit has just been positioned in the Got2b. Got2b initially looked white but dried clear. Learned that if I apply it evenly and sparsely, it doesn’t cake to white. The good news is that it’s easily removed with gel hand sanitizer! Few tips that work best for me: 1. I use my finger to apply to easily feel thickness/amount I’m applying. 2. I let first layer dry until tacky before adding my second layer. 3. I also dab a little into the lace edge of the unit then carefully press the unit in place. 4. I blow dry then wrap to hold in place. The wrap not only helps dry unit in place but absorbs excess Got2b. This product securely holds my unit in place 5-7 hours before I remove it with gel hand sanitizer - a gentle, fast process I prefer over alcohol or shampoo around my edges. Generous amount in these tubes. Will be awhile before I get through it! Highly recommend. ... show more
