I previously had to deal with their customer service for a warranty issue on another item, and they handled it exceptionally well—so I already knew the brand stood behind their gear. This enclosure is easily the best overall value on the market. While other brands charge steep add-on fees for basic safety features, GoSports includes shank nets right in the purchase price. Paired with my Garmin Approach R10, it creates a clean, functional garage studio—though it does have a few real-world quirks regarding frame padding and high-spin wear. Pros & Cons What I Liked (Pros) Unbeatable Bundled Value: Includes side/shank nets out of the box, saving you $100+ compared to brands that treat them as separate add-ons. Top-Tier Customer Support: Backed by GoSports’ reliable warranty and responsive customer service team. Perfect for Garage Spaces: Fits nicely inside a standard garage footprint while keeping stray shots safely contained away from vehicles, tools, and walls. Easy Screen Modding: Adding a cheap blackout backdrop behind the screen instantly upgrades image quality to rival high-end enclosures. Areas for Improvement (Cons) Frame Padding Needs to be Thicker: The included foam covers are on the thin side. A direct hit on a pole with a driver will still result in a fast ricochet. Friction "Burn" Marks from High Spin: Shots hit with high spin rates (especially wedges or high-speed drivers) leave faint friction burn marks on the fabric over time. Initial Screen Bounce-Back: Bungees come pretty tight out of the box. (Un-hooking a few side bungees softens the pitch and drops the ball right at the base). Detailed Breakdown 1. Value & Customer Service I specifically chose this setup because of past positive experiences with GoSports. Customer support can make or break a major equipment purchase, and knowing their service team is solid made taking the leap easy. Including shank nets standard sealed the deal, making it drastically cheaper than competitors who nickel-and-dime you for basic safety netting. 2. Safety, Padding & Garage Performance The enclosure depth and included shank nets do a great job containing off-center hits inside a tight garage environment. However, the frame padding could definitely be thicker. If you pull or push a driver shot directly into an exposed metal pole, the thin padding won't absorb all the energy, resulting in a lively bounce-back. 3. Projection Quality & DIY Backdrop Hack Out of the box, light can bleed through the screen slightly. Pro Tip: Hang a cheap blackout photo backdrop directly behind the impact screen! This simple addition completely blocks ambient light bleed in the garage and makes the projected image pop with vastly improved contrast and color vibrancy. Keep in mind that high-spin shots will cause friction wear over time. High-RPM wedge shots and fast driver swings leave light friction burn marks on the fabric. Keeping your golf balls thoroughly cleaned helps extend the screen life, but it remains a minor tradeoff for the price. Final Verdict If you're building a garage simulator with a Garmin R10 on a reasonable budget, the GoSports Enclosure is the best bang-for-your-buck option available. Just be aware of its minor limitations: toss a blackout backdrop behind the screen for maximum picture quality, keep clean golf balls on hand, and consider adding extra foam padding to the front poles if you want maximum ricochet protection. I got the 10x8 version and absolutely loved it Assembly does take a while if your like me with no help and have to do everything by yourself. To be honest I recommend trying to get some help for assembly if you can. It’s not hard but a lot to do Today was my first time using this and it’s cool with all the things this is able to track and keep up with. Very strong net as well If you plan on putting this in a carport, building or wherever just make sure you have enough room and make sure it’s able to fit ... show more

This simulator enclosure comes in a small box that is easy to handle and assemble very quickly, only haven’t taken me about 45 minutes. The quality of the components are top notch, and everything fits together seamlessly. I’ve now hit a few hundred balls into the impact screen and it is holding up well, without any blemishes or any wear marks. Highly recommend for someone looking for an all-in-one simulator set up.
