Good quality and sturdy as long as the bottom piece stays. Easily foldable, my little guy loved it honestly it was so comfortable he goes and lays in it sometimes. Zippers were good, I like that it opens from both top and side for more difficult cats. I ordered this last minute for a vet checkup for my furr baby. When I got it, I was very pleased with the quality. There's handles to just carry by hand plus an over the shoulder handle with cushion for your shoulder. There's 2 ways to open to put your baby in from the side or the top. There's an extra zipper on the other side to store some items in. The pad that goes in the bottom is cushioned for comfort for your baby plus it can unzip to wash. Also the cushion comes out to make the carrier collapsible for easy storage. My furr baby is 10 lbs and had plenty of room to move around and be comfy.
