  • Great Value on a well built cart! Great Value on a well built cart!
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
I was charged with buying 4 carts for use by membership at our gun club to take targets and gear back and forth to our pocket ranges. After much research, I settled on these as being the best value and fit. At minimum , I knew that with the Gorilla Cart and Amazon names attached, they had to be on the better side of decent. Here are some of this carts qualities: -Although we didn't need the extra weight capacity, the 800# rating speaks to the ruggedness, design and build quality. ( Especially the tires) -The deck on this one is about 2" longer and wider than most of the 400 # capacity cart. It doesn't sound like much but the extra deck space is nice when your trying to stuff the cart with unforgiving shapes like gun cases. - The No-Flat tires were a no brainer. Every cart we've had at the club prior had the tires matrial break down or go flat within a year or two of putting them out in the weather. A cart is of no use to anyone if the tires are always flat! -Gorilla Cart is a well known and respected name in the garden cart market. It's US based (although this cart is made in China) . I can get replacement parts right off their website in the unlikely chance I need to repair them going forward -Build quality is Very Good. Better than most box store brands I've seen /used. - Instructions and packaging were top notch. There was no damage/ defects on any of the 4 carts at all. Instructions are largely picture based ( 7 steps) and very easy to follow. I had all 4 carts assembled in under 2 hrs time (and that is with taking the time to apply car wax to the key components to fight the elements.) There are only 6 nuts to fasten total on this cart and that can be done with a single adjustable wrench if needed. Summary: We are hard on our carts and leave them out in the New England elements 24/7/365. They also get used daily in dirt and gravel. I expect the features and quality of these carts to serve our clubs needs many years. ... show more

  • Value for the money.
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
Summary: Compared to several other wagons of this type that I have bought; this specific Gorilla wire mesh wagon is several steps over anything else I see here. It stings my wallet, but the value and quality are there. I see a few cost-saving moves were made to reduce part-count\build complexity, and my gripes about those are limited. Could it hold 800lbs? I dont know, and that is irrelevant, because I couldnt move 800lbs with or without this wagons help. I rated the wagon 5 stars because of the 'quality to value to price' aspect, it arrived fast, it was not damaged, and exceeded my expectations. Pros: The steel is of a thicker gauge, making it stronger. The welds are clean and well done. All parts, especially the ones that mount to the wagon that also hold the wheels; are over-engineered and straight. I have received mis-aligned and warped parts from other sellers. Assembly is straight forward and took me less than 10 minutes. One note: the nuts used to attach the U shaped struts to the wagon require a very large socket, wrench, (or vice-grips :D ) You have been warned. Gripes that aren't really Cons: The wagon uses a locking pin in many locations that I would have rather had locking nuts for, like the wheels for example. The sides use a slot-tab design when I would have rather seen the hinge-pin design used in other wagons. So that means when you take the sdies off you have to make sure you dont lose them, where as simply having the 'open' but still attached keeps them with the wagon. Mine came with solid wheels, which is fine; the gripe is the use of locking pin to keep the wheels on. The wheel tubes are hollow, and I do not doubt they can hold any weight I might put on the wagon, but locking nuts on a solid axle would have been a better choice for strength, durability, and adjustment of the slop of the wheels. Mine have a bit of room to wiggle back and forth on the axle, which I do not like, but this is certainly not a showstopper, but possibly a cost saving move. ... show more

  • Glad I bought it
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
This isn’t my first Gorilla wagon and I’m a repeat customer for a reason. Very sturdy, incredibly versatile with the drop down sides, and this particular model has a way to connect the handle to my ATV or lawn mower. The flat free wheels were a draw for me since a different wagon (not Gorilla) was always getting leaks from those pesky Wyoming prairie goat heads. Super easy to assemble. ... show more

  • Great Cart
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
Full Disclosure: I hate putting stuff like this together. Yet, one of the easiest things I ever put together, my 7th grader could have done this. The flat free wheels feel a little plastic. I bought no flat rubber tires for my wheelbarrow, and the cart tires do not fell as good as quality. But I really do not know that. Both bought at the same time. So, time will tell. This wagon does not feel as sturdy as my old one. That I let someone borrow and then stole it from me. But It seems good quality and sturdy, and well worth the price. I had to grind one of the top side hooks down a little it was bent in transport. Did this so the turn hook would slide down to hold the side in. This probably voids my warranty LOL. I will paint it black. A Gorilla wagon should be black. If it was John Deere I would understand. I lithium greased the plastic washer for the front turning wheel and greased the wheels it did not call for that. But you can tell a difference with a little grease. Use lithium grease on plastic. Also, don't tighten down the steering assembly too much. Love the hitch pins for the wheel and handle. Instructions where just pictures no words; it was that easy. Very few parts and bolts. Gorilla had it back ordered but I finally got it. I know why everybody probably wants this cart well worth the $30-50 more versus other carts since you get the no flat wheels. By the time you have to fix and buy tubes and use green slime it is probably almost the same cost plus the convenience!!! ... show more

  • Will Get The Job Done
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
Regardless of some of the reviews from ‘technically inclined’ people claiming this is hard to assemble, it actually is very, very, easy. It’s two pages of instructions, and one small pack of parts broken into each step of assembly. It’s bolts and washers, and a few cotter pins. It took me 15 minutes and half of that was not having the right tools. That said, you will need either a good socket wrench set or a couple of pliers as one of the nuts is quite large (like a 1” or something). My socket set didn’t go as large as needed so I used a pair of expandable pliers to get the big nuts on. I’m not sure why they used bolts and nuts as large as they did there, the cart is rated for 800lbs and those nuts/bolts could probably hold 4,000lbs+. The frame will crumble way before the big nuts and bolts would fail.. Aside from that, the only design aspect I really don’t like is the front axle mount to the frame. This is the axle that can turn. Instead of using some large washers or nylon block or a bearing, the cart sits on a square plastic (ABS?) piece that I assume is to act as a low friction washer. That will for sure be one of the first pieces to fail as a heavily loaded cart will wear that plastic down. Some silicon lube or some plastic friendly lubricant might help prolong its life… don’t overtighten that when assembling or it will knock the plastic square out of its place and destroy it when you try to turn. I’m not sure what I’ll do when it eventually fails. Maybe order a 1/16” sheet of nylon and cut a replacement for it… but anyhooo, it rolls well and will solve my immediate needs. I’d recommend storing the cart under a cover or in a shed - there is some rust inside the tubular framing as it’s not painted. Grab you a can of rust converter spray paint and go to town inside the tubing if your worried about it and want to prolong the carts life. Foam filled tires have a little bit of bounce when dropped but will be nice not having to worry about staples/nails/burs as I intend to use the cart for cleanup. ... show more

  • Just what I was looking for!
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
I wanted something that I could pull around our property for pruning, gardening, etc., without having to use the tow behind trailer (although this can do that too) with the mower or ATV where you have to get off and on all the time. It's perfect! It was super easy to put together - parts all in their own little compartments. Rolls well - though when going through the lawn with stuff in it up hill it can get heavy, but I'm not all that strong. Ha. It's perfect for loading up a whole bunch of small stuff to go do a project in the yard somewhere that usually you'd have to make multiple trips to get everything out where you're working. I've taken the sides off and used the flat bed for hauling bags of dirt for my raised garden beds and mulch. We also used it for moving washed stone from the pile in the driveway to where it needed to go. I was putting five 4 gallon buckets of rocks on it and it was still easy to maneuver (just heavy!). I really like having the bigger tires with a large, uneven yard, but knowing that I don't have to be worried about getting a flat. Definitely recommend! ... show more

  • Most versatile easy to pull cart!
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
Never knew I could love a little wagon, yet I do! So easy to assemble (per hubby that hates assembly). Was worried about how hard to remove the sides, but the little lever that connects the sides is so very easy to move and take off the sides. This cart has been a lifesaver as we move stuff into the shed in the back of the house. Plus taking heavy furniture to the curb, I was able to put a large entertainment center on to the cart and wheel to the curb all by myself!!! Amazing little cart - for those that said this cannot handle heavy stuff, they may have considered their need for a commercial grade cart because this one is perfect for around the yard!! Get you one!! July 2023 update Still super happy we got this wagon and in great use all year long! ... show more

  • Great quality
Color: Green (No Flat Tires) Capacity: 800 Pounds
One of the best made carts I've seen. Easy to assemble and will hold up well to abuse. Has the added feature of being able to hook to your riding mower so that it can be towed. Never have to worry about flat tires again as it has solid core ones.
