My gopro camera was delivered I had to get technical support to open the housing to the camera for battery installation, once the battery was installed showed the battery low. I purchased an additional battery pack, having 3 batteries those batteries were low as well put 3 batteries in my charger in less than 2 hours the batteries were full and I put a fully charged battery in my gopro camera and finished paring to my Apple IPhone. I knew about GoPro before, so I don't have anything else to add apart from the fact that is an amazing action camera, does everything you need. For me the most important here is mentioning that you should definitely get the kit if you plan to use it in several different ways. Lots of gears to set your camera on that expand the possibilities for filming. Totally worth it! ... show more

    • Very disappointed, Samsung smart phone takes much better video
I am very disappointed in the GoPro Hero9 Black. I expected exceptional video quality if nothing else and I found video quality that was substantially worse than a smart phone. I could have lived with every other Con on this list but video quality is mission critical. The battery isn't terrible but I wouldn't call it good either (about 70 minutes of video at 4k/60fps) and to plug in a power source you have to have the battery and memory card door open. You are required to download the app in order to enable your GoPro to work at all. You will also have to download special codecs for the proprietary file format the GoPro records in. This is all a significant hassle. The accessories that came with this kit are pretty darn good though, so if you find the video satisfactory for your purposes you will probably find several of the accessories useful. I would not recommend this to anyone looking for excellent video quality and I would not buy one again. The voice commands functionality is very cool and seems to work pretty good. The display screens are very clear and the rear touch screen is easy to use. The menu system is not particularly intuitive but once you figure it out it's easy to use. Overall I would rate this camera high on frills and low on image quality. Pros: Excellent accessories Easy to use Voice commands Good display screens Cons: Mediocre video quality Mediocre battery life Proprietary file format requires special codecs Mandatory software download to enable the GoPro ... show more
