The media could not be loaded. This was extremely easy to use out of the box. I watched a couple of online tutorials to get up to speed, decided on a couple of accessories and took it out for a spin not knowing what to expect. The video results were superb. The color was clear, the depth of field focus was surprisingly clean; almost as if it had been layer stacked and automatic exposures were fast and seamless. The image stabilization, field of view and ability to use voice commands were significant game changers for me as was the audio quality during narration. I've done amateur videography for years but never knew what I was missing until I purchased this GoPro Hero10. I've not yet done underwater photography with it but think this will likely work very well for video shooting spawning salmon this coming autumn when they return to the streams. Notes: Battery Life - The factory provided battery runs down pretty quickly while shooting video but I've added an GoPro Enduro and this works much better. My needs may be more intense than other users and the original battery is likely adequate for most. Overall value: The value was very good for what was delivered. Accessories: GoPro has an extensive line-up of accessories for the HERO 10. I'll be adding considerably more to my kit in the near future. The best investment I've made in a long time . So many mounts in the kit with lots and LOTS of extra parts. The video quality is unmatched with stability features to take out the shakes. Best action camera hands down with free app. Battery life is a little short so just plan on getting a extra battery in the future and you'll be set. I did drop mine in the first week so I got a silicon case for it. My fav thing to use to record anything. ... show more

You can bypass the overheating and short battery by external battery and pass through door($15) (30$). I would love to be sponsored by go pro !! lol but they did great here your not losing money. The camera is amazing bought it for my 6 yr old and it's cool. Might make it mine after. Bought 2 yrs late to the newest version but the 10 does the job and once you get external, it stays on for hours. Great purchase go pro!! Proud owner here ... show more
