We waited to assemble this till winter hit. We are in Indiana where it can be frigid. Assembly was easy. We were surprised at how thick and well made it was. The lid snaps in 3 places and secures tight. We only in-snap two when we use it and just flop it over the side so it's easier to get back on. Seems to cover all and we haven't had leaves or debris get in. Heat works well and stays consistent when lid is closed. Bubbles are nice, noticeable but not too intense. Size fits two adults comfortably or 4 kids. We bought this for us but my kids are obsessed. The pillow and drink holder attachments are nice features. It says to drain every 3 days (no chemicals used). We have gone more than 3 days easily. My friend had said this was her best cocos purchase so on that recommendation we bought. I would give this hot tub 5 stars, but it's not made for 4 people. Thus is my 3rd hot tub in 6 years. Thought I would give this one a try as salu spas and Colman make crap pumps.. I like this pump better, though it dies not have a timer or an off switch. Unplugging is the only way to turn it off. It's pretty easy to set up, and I like it includes, 1 headrest. And 1 cup holder. Time will tell... I hope I don't have to re review in a month... Guess what.... 0 stars. This hot tub, after one time in it, the heater pump went out. Keeps throwing a HA error code. Can not find this code any where. Contacted seller and I've been back and fourth via email for the past week. No resolution for a useless 500 dollar hot tub. I've been asking for the code and they will not tell me. The only thing I've been offered is 150.00 to find someone to fix it.. highly pissed off.. has not even been 90 days and only 4 weeks ago when it was set up. Stay away from this seller. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy, 100% self-contained assembly, and plenty sturdy when inflated. Hot tub is great quality. Really enjoying it. I bought it for my back issues. It helps a lot. Sitting right back against the bubbles helps relieve my back pains. 40 degrees is the perfect temperature, just right to get in, and just right to sooth and relax muscles. The hot tub wall is strong enough that I can sit on it to cool off and get back in.It is great. Gives great “massage” with lots of bubbles and the temperature stays hot. BUY IT! The media could not be loaded. I don't have space in my yard to put a hot tub but I've always dreamt of having one and this is such a great compromise. I used it during a party and it was such a big hit. The setup took literally minutes. The tub itself blew up so much faster than I was expecting and the cover took seconds, the longest part was filling it with the hose. I put the cover on and left it heating and when I came back it was very pleasant and the bubbles really work. Draining it and packing it up was a breeze too. You just need to make sure to let it dry and it folds up to a decently small size. ... show more

I haven't wanted to spend the sheer amount of money that a full spa would cost me but me and the hubby desperately need something bigger than our 1950's bathtub to try and soak the 16 hr shift days out of our aging bones lol. This was also on par in price with some of the others, but I liked these features and the look of it the best. It comes with everything I needed to set it up, plus additionals like a floater and extra filters and attachable pillows to rest our heads on. We have it outside for the fall right now on some pieces of mine belt and it's staying right at the temperature we have set it to within a degree. It does drop a little bit when we first get in, but it does compensate pretty quickly. The unit itself has a nice sleek design and long enough hoses not to be right on top of of the inflatable. It fits me and the hubby very nicely together and I am 5'7 and he is 5'10 and we still have plenty of room when we sit in it.
