This little jewel is worth it's weight in gold to me. I have never been any more satisfied with a product. It's easy to unfold for use & easy to fold back for storage. The foam pad is perfect for comfort while doing any type of gardening. My flower beds all have pine bark mulch in them so if I had shorts on it was really impossible to get down on my knees without something. This is light weight & if anything should happen to mine I would immediately get another one. The biggest advantage is that it makes getting up so easy. It's sturdy & I have no problem getting up from a kneeling position. I love it & would recommend it to anyone who needs a little help.

This kneeler does its job very well. The only reasons I didn't give it five stars were for two minor items that fell a little short of my expectations. The pad(s) are a little stiff and hard for my knees (because of cartilage damage), but that was easily managed with an additional kneeling pad. The other thing is the release/latch pins that hold the sides in place with the cross piece (seat/kneeling pad). They didn't engage well, which let the assembly flex a lot when weight was applied. I did fix this by slightly filing out the slots the pins ride in so they move more freely. I chose this particular version of this product because it is made in America. I am pleased to say the materials are solid, and despite my minor complaints, it is very well constructed. Overall am I happy with it - Heck yes! It makes getting down on my knees and then back up again a breeze compared to what it was without this. Highly recommended.

I don’t garden, but bought this to do cleaning and other low projects around the house. As a bench, it offers a portable stable seat when working in low places, and in the kneeler position, a sturdy aid to help get my decrepit body up and down from the floor. The foam is much too hard to be comfortable kneeling and the side bars limit your range of motion, so go for knee pads if you prefer kneeling and use this kneeler as a ground-level seat instead. I chose this bench because it was offered without the tool bag (and without a higher price). I prefer my tools (gardening, home repair, cleaning supplies) in a separate, more spacious and useful container. I wish I had discovered this bench a long time ago. I can think of all kinds of ways to use it and it looks nice folded and hanging in my garage. I’m thinking about getting one to keep in the car and one for the office. Anyway, now I have to find another excuse for not wiping down the baseboards or cleaning out those low shelves.

What we are doing at our house is using this indoors, outdoors whenever we need to bet low down and do a task. The Kneeler is very sturdy, opens and closes very easily and the handles are tall enough to give you real lift and support when you begin to stand up. It's light enough to carry easily. It stores in its box (keep the 2 packaging supports and plastic bag to keep it in its box neatly). We put velcro on the cardboard box flaps to secure the flaps on the storage box. Store it close to your house door because if you are like us it will be used a lot !

This thing is great; flip it one way and it's a garden stool to sit on while working in the garden, flip it the other way and it's a kneeling pad for pulling weeds and planting while keeping your knees out of the dirt and the two legs on either side make great supports to hold onto while getting up from a kneeling position. And the older one gets the more handy they become. This thing is well made and sturdy enough for my 200lbs + frame. I find myself using it a lot in the garden. Good job, guys.

This is an amazing and well-designed, well-built aid for old folks like me who may have trouble getting up from a kneeling position (not only for landscaping, but many other household projects. It also can be used as a seat for low projects, which may help those with back problems who cannot stoop over for long periods of time. It does not take up much storage room because the legs can be collapsed inward, but they lock very securely when deployed. I'm sorry I didn't order one of these sooner. For the money, it is a good value and money well-spent for those who have such problems.
