Living in an apartment as me and my wife do it is very hard to find a space efficient tree our previous one broke it was a pre-lit the lights kept dying so we decided to go with this one that was not a pre light and we love the white trees in the winter time so we got this one as a replacement for the one that broke I would say overall it's doing good I would say I'm more than happy with it for the most part your biggest problem when you get done is one of two things First of all the mistake I made when I took it out of the box and set it up was you have to fluff it and bend the branches all the way down as far as they will go to get the full effect of the tree shape if you don't bend them far enough it just looks like a cone and that is not the way it is meant to look Second of all when you go to take it down it is not going to fit back in the box that it shipped in there is no way that's going to be possible realistically not if you want to keep it for a very long time so plan on finding a way to store the three parts that make up the tree in a new box or an old box and store them that way so you don't have to collapse into the point of destroying them to make them fit in the Box they came back into other than that it is a worthwhile purchase and 100% worth the money I know some people say you got to put your money for what you get into it like get your money's worth kind of thing but I can't justify spending 200 to $300 on the tree that I'm going to use once a year for 2 weeks this price for this product was more than acceptable and did the job very well without having to break the bank ... show more

I ordered the 6 ft tree and received a 5'3 ft tree. The tree is not thick as shown. As I was putting the tree together, the branches were breaking off. I wanted a taller tree for a cheaper price so bad and got a bs of a tree. Cheaper doesn't always means better.

    • Good Budget Tree
I'll be honest, my expectations were totally out of line for this tree given the price and I was initially planning on writing a two star review. I was shocked at the size of the box it shipped in (around 3'x8"x8") and dismayed when I opened it to be greeted by very thin plastic needles that reminded me of paper (I was expecting realistic shaped plastic needles). The seller's pictures do show this, but I was in a rush when I'd ordered it and didn't look that closely (my fault, I know). It sat on my dining room table for a few days as I pondered sending it back and finally decided to just deal with it this year and lower my expectations. Taking a deep breath and hoping it didn't look as bad as I feared, I set it up. It comes in three main pieces which consist of a needle wrapped pipe making up the trunk. Thick wires make up the main branches coming off the trunk- they're bare towards the trunk but then covered with needles closer to the ends. Each main branch has lots of little needle covered wires coming off the main branches to make up little branches. The bottom section slide easily into the stand and is held in place by three screws, and the remaining two trunk sections slide in easily to the section below it. It was really easily to assemble and took about an hour going at a leisurely pace to set it up and fluff out all the branches. I had about 100 needles and two little branches fall out while assembling it. The little branches are made of thin wire so I think after a year or two of bending to set up and disassemble they'd start break off. Assembled it looks much better than I'd imagined it would after seeing it in the box. The pictures of it provided by the seller are pretty accurate with the overall look of the tree. It's relatively full and while there are a few spots towards the base you can see the bare wire of the main branches, for the most part it looks good for a budget Christmas tree. It is a little unstable since it's very light and the base isn't overly sturdy, so if you have small children or pets it might be good to secure the stand to something so it won't get knocked over. I will also note I paid $30 including free shipping for the tree in early November; the seller has since raised the price to $41! It seems a bit much to me for the quality of the tree and would recommend going for a more expensive, higher quality tree instead if you're looking for something that will last for more than a year or two. If you just want a cheap tree and plan to upgrade in a year or two this one would be great. ... show more

I bought the 6' tree for 35.99. When it arrived i thought the box was pretty small. The box really is beat up eventhough it says fragile. Its thin cardboard so i wont be able to use it for repacking this tree. It comes in 3 pieces and is easy to assemble. It needs lots of shaping to make it look full. Has a metal stand that ok, just better than plastic. Pretty overall but id call this a 4' tree! I do believe they are counting from floor to tip. From bottom of stand to beginning of bottom of tree branches is at least a foot, and the very top being at least 6". The top section is a bit flimsy. I had to wire the tree topper to the tree. Over all decent tree but it should sell for $25. Last night i saw a $40 6' tree at walmart that was much more robust. I wanted a 6' but got 4'. Pretty but a bit misleading. See pics* my hand is behind the tree. Im only 5'2". ... show more

This is small but for the price, it was worth it. Make sure you buy lights to put on it with a “white” cord and not the traditional green cords. It will look so much better and blend in. It was really pretty after I set it up. I would recommend.

I wasn't expecting much, but was really surprised how nice this little tree was. Super easy to set up, and after you fluff out the branches....you do a LOT of fluffing...it's a nice full tree. I got the 5 foot, and sadly it was just too small for what I needed and had to return. (it actually folded back into it's skinny box pretty well). But if you are looking for a small tree, this would do fine. Great for the price. ... show more
