I'm very happy with this tree. I got the 8 foot. I wanted a simple elegant tree. Im happy with the amount of lights. But if you like a lot of lights, I'd say this tree is good for a base. I didn't add any additional lights and I still like it. I read some of the negative reviews. Here are some tips if you run into those problems. 1) people who said not all of the lights works. There are 4 different plugs along the tree marked with red ribbon. Make sure you plug in all 4. I thought my bottom lights weren't working, but then I found the fourth plug that I hadn't noticed. 2) people who said the tree was too sparse. You have to take time to fluff out the tree. I took me about 45 minutes. Separate out the branches to achieve fullness and to close the gaps in between the branches. ... show more

The box was torn and couldn't send back then no tree. Three lights will not light and how do you replace? Also, there was no real instructions on how to assemble. It took 3 days to get it to look good. Overall maybe next year will be better. For the amount of money spent should have been easier to assemble and more instructions included I would not order again. ... show more

I opened the box, laid each piece on the ground to assemble and right away saw the plug in the bottom of the box. It had been ripped/ pulled off, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to light the tree up. Figured I’d get some lights and it would be fine, but no. It was the ugliest tree I have ever seen. You couldn’t “fluff” the tree enough. You could see straight through to the middle, you could see the metal part of each branch, and the branches had very little greenery and looked like little Pom Pom on the end of metal poles. It was absolutely awful. Looking at these other tree pictures, that is NOT the tree I got. If you order and are lucky enough to get a decent tree, consider yourself lucky. If you take the risk, be prepared to send it back. Absolutely awful. ... show more

Easy to assemble and the lights are nice. But while setting it up a branch came off. I also found a wire came exposed that the covering came off. It looks pretty but I’m disappointed about that since I just took it out of the box for the first time and this is my first tree
