Very easy setup and install. You need an 8mm (per instructions) masonry bit to drill into a concrete wall - this measures to roughly 5/16". One of the screws arrived bent but you're given plenty of them so it isn't really an issue. The only problem is that the adjustable angle that's marketed as an option, will not hold its position once you introduce the weight of the bike. It works fine, it just doesn't keep the angle you'd like.

Five stars for great customer service. One of the bolt holes in one part of one of the bike hanger assemblies had a hardened blob of steel in it, preventing the bolt from entering. I wrote to the seller who replied almost immediately and promptly sent me a replacement not just of that part but of one whole additional assembly. The hangers were relatively simple to install, are very sturdy and work well.

The first step is to attach the two pieces that make up the hanger. They tapped the screw holes before painting so after painting, the screws will no longer thread into the holes. To fix this I had to buy a tap and re-thread the holes. It works perfectly now but that is not something the consumer should have to do. The holes should be tapped after painting to avoid the problem. I doubt most consumers would know what to do or even be willing to go to the trouble and will just send it back. If you do want to go to the trouble it is a 6mm tap.
