The bike wall mount itself is solid, sturdy, and does a great job holding my bike securely. The materials feel durable, and once installed, it provides a space-saving storage solution. However, the reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the instructions. They were either outdated or for a different model, which made installation more confusing than it needed to be. These racks are very sturdy and well made. My only reservation was that the arm tilt adjustment didn't seem to hold position very well but it turned out I didn't need it anyway. The helmet hook is in the wrong place allowing the helmet to dangle down into the frame of the bike or into the chain (as ours did), so I moved the hook rearward to one of the slider adjustment screws (had to bend it a bit too) up on top. Now our helmet bags don't touch the bike or interfere with moving the bike on or off. Thy were easy to install and work well. I would recommend this product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Product seems to be pretty good and easy to install but the support bar for the Allen bolts were machined wrong, holes were to big and was not tapped out, so I had tap the holes to a 1/4 -20 other that no issues with product.
