These racks are very sturdy and well made. My only reservation was that the arm tilt adjustment didn't seem to hold position very well but it turned out I didn't need it anyway. The helmet hook is in the wrong place allowing the helmet to dangle down into the frame of the bike or into the chain (as ours did), so I moved the hook rearward to one of the slider adjustment screws (had to bend it a bit too) up on top. Now our helmet bags don't touch the bike or interfere with moving the bike on or off. Thy were easy to install and work well. I would recommend this product.

I purchased these to mount my youngest's first "dirtbikes" on the wall. They're just small electric bikes but they do have decent weight to them. The mounts were easy to use. I did mount them over sheet rock but made sure we anchored to sheet rock. So far, has held up well. Definitely gave him the coolest bedroom

Five stars for great customer service. One of the bolt holes in one part of one of the bike hanger assemblies had a hardened blob of steel in it, preventing the bolt from entering. I wrote to the seller who replied almost immediately and promptly sent me a replacement not just of that part but of one whole additional assembly. The hangers were relatively simple to install, are very sturdy and work well.

Bike rack was easy to install, and fast to install. Very adjustable. I just had a slightly difficult time getting the handles to stay level under the weight of the bike, as it only has one point to tighten the pieces of metal together. But very sturdy, and holds the bike securely.

Very happy with these with our light bikes . Was lucky to be able to find a studs right where they needed to go, otherwise I would have cut a board to reach the span of two studs to install them.

These bike mounts are fantastic! Recommend only hanging on a stud. Metal and padding are very good. I actually went and bought a 2nd one as I liked it so much. Only negative is the accessories hook, very small and seems like a bent paper clip.
