There's a Tetris game on it that my 7 y old really likes, the filters are fun to her, she enjoys it and that's what matters most to me. Quality of photos is not up to the standards of an adult camera of course, nor is the video quality (I'm not sure the audio even works) but for a child's first camera I think it's worth it. We purchased this for my daughter for her 7th birthday. She loves it. It is smaller in size than we thought, essentially the size of the palm of my hand. But it's perfect for her. We figured out how to use it pretty quickly. At first the pictures were very clear. The only thing that's making me think about returning/exchanging is that sometimes the screen will have the pictures look like negatives. We can't figure out how to turn it off. I thought she dropped it or selected a setting, but I think it's just messing up. I was just about to post a picture, but when I turned it on this time, the pictures were back clear.
