    • Focus issues with iPhone 6 plus
This is a great option to try out VR, don't get me wrong. I was excited to check it out (after seeing funny FailArmy vids of people using VR) and hooked it right up when it arrived. I already had the Cardboard app on my phone, so I was able to just scan the QR code, fold the box appropriately, remove the protective covers from the lenses and we were off. My first thought was, this is super blurry. Sure it's 3D but it's super blurry. Maybe the distance is wrong for my phone? I tried moving my phone, and once moved about 1/2 inch further out, I could see clearly in the center but the edges were blurry. I put the phone back where it's designed to be, and noted that the edges were clear, just the center was blurry. When the phone is seated there is a button on top that pivots to touch the screen, which works well. Maybe I'll add some more cardboard to space my phone out a bit. I'd say it was worth the price to check out VR. Just not overly impressed. And no, I didn't feel like I was going to fall off a building, or get hit by a charging gorilla :) ... show more

    • Uncomfortable & overpriced
Can't be used with a phone that has a case on. the phone falls out the side easily too. The strap didn't work at all as the phone inside the headset would weight it down so the strap served no purpose if I had to hold it up with my hands anyways. Over all uncomfortable but especially uncomfortable around the nose area. They give you these sticky foam strips to make it softer but they're so poor quality that they fall right off. I like that it's made of cardboard but for this price.. Not worth it. ... show more

    • REALLY BAD SMELL!
Guys this this has a SUPER STRONG chemical smell the kind of smell that makes my brain hurt. And to use it your nose basically goes inside of it. Its been over an hour since I used it and it still seams like the smell is stuck in my nose. I'm no stranger to chemicals and smells and I love the first sniff of a freshly opened pack of trading cards, and actually I have an impaired sense of smell and many things have no smell at all to me. Like I can't smell natural gas and roses just have a slight vegetable smell. But this really stands out. I'm assuming its the glue. I wish they would use one of the many PVA (white glue family) or heat set glues that basically have no smell. It would get 5 stars because its works just as expected, seams sturdy, and low low price. But gets negative 0.5 stars because I had to trim the nose area to make it fit, and negative 2.5 stares for smelling so bad that its hard to enjoy yourself when using it. Maybe in a week or two the smell will go away. ... show more

It's good for the value you get out at this price. The grasses are a little blurry. If you are looking for better sharper experience then need to find something with higher price.

Too many complainers. It's not blurry, there is protective film on the lenses that you have to peel off before using. Any numbskull knows that! As the nose comfort, you don't need to press the cardboard right up against your nose. It comes with a nose protector that you stick on. If you didn't get one or threw it out, just stick masking tape or painters tape and it will work just fine. My phone is too big so I had to make some minor adjustments. Other than that, the cardboard VR is just fine for the money! As for video quality, it felt like having a big screen in my tiny apartment. It was great for tv shows and movies. Not made for video games. The strap fits easily around my head, not tight at all. If it's tight for you, you can buy a bigger strap at the craft store or from your underwear. ... show more

These are amazing. I have a psvr so I had really low expectations but these are honestly close to the same. it's kind of crazy. People complaining must be people who complain about everything. I mean these are the price of a coffee and they work great. Yes, they don't feel great on the nose but I just cut a band-aid down and taped it over the bridge and bam, comfortable. Haven't tried any games yet but great for YouTube and other services that have VR video. If u think they're blurry you probably didn't take the protective plastic off the screen. Go ahead and buy them if you want a VR set for your phone. if you don't like them, well, they were only 10 bucks and you can even return them if you want. ... show more
