I bought this primarily for my extemely large plex library. I was running it on a Shield, but it finally burned out. It's nice having it on the network where adding new movies is fast and easy. All my computers are power hungry gamers so they don't get left on but, this little thing is very efficient, so it runs 24/7 and I find myself using it for quite a bit of normal office work and web browsing. This model checked all the boxes for me, as far as features go, and performance wise it does do the job. I strongly advise you don't work it like a gamer, or anything intensive as it's cooling system isn't very good, but for everyday stuff and as a plex server it's a very capable and efficient little unit.

So far this mini PC has been good and works well as a home server with way more power than a (much) cheaper N100 mini pc. The noise can be loud under load, but I keep it in my basement. This mini pc looks to be very similar to the Topton V600 which I was not able to successfully purchase. If you are looking for a value mini PC with an i7-1360P 13th gen, this is one of the very few options. I did not want the other variations of this processor since they are higher wattage.

I also got a lemon with all the same issues as the other lemon review on here. I’ve returned the system to Amazon it it was purchased on April 25th so I’m outside the return window. I’m hoping a GoodTico Rep will see this and help me with a reliable replacement ir a refund. My computer was crashing often with the Blue screen that would say it’s fixing the issue but must freeze because it will sit there for hours without restarting. The computer enddd up completely failing when it had an episode during an update and could not reload operating software so when it powered on it would just say an error and shut off.

I would give this a 4-star review if they hadn't sold this as a gaming PC. I'm not a gamer, but I thought it would be worth spending a little extra to get something that could potentially run Cities Skylines II. The game is unplayable at the most basic settings due to a lack of graphic support from this 'gaming computer'. There are better reviews out there on mini computers that can run Cities Skylines II with a weaker processor and the same GPU, so I'm not sure what the problem is with this thing. I realize this is a very specific benchmark for a specific game, I'm just trying to compare apples to apples here. Speaking of apples, you might do a lot better getting the mac mini 2023 with the M2 chip for just 499 rather than this expensive paperweight. It retains its 2nd star in my rating simply because it at least does still run (as of a week of use.. will update if that changes).

I was skeptical when I bought this computer, but I am pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a FAST home/office computer, look no further. It boots up within moments, and it handles programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., with ease. Photoshop opens super quickly and it handles all graphics with ease. Not recommended for hardcore gaming, but fantastic for home/office needs.

The Goodtico mini PC N100 with 16GB RAM works pretty well for basic computer needs. I ordered this as I was interested in setting up a simple, everyday computer that I can use to print quick documents or browse the internet for quick orders. After reading some of the previous reviews, my initial hopes were pretty low. I am happy to say that I am actually pretty pleased with this mini pc as it meets all of my needs very well. This mini pc is great for small tasks but will struggle with editing, games, or larger file software. I have only used this for making and printing documents or web browsing. When I attempted to open a game, there was a ton of lag and difficulty opening/loading the files. For reference, however, I only have satellite internet with average download speeds of 15 mbps. So for simple tasks, this pc works very well for my needs. Anything more advanced would be difficult for this processor and my internet combined. There is plenty of ports for charging, connectivity, or use. There are two USB ports located on the front of the pc. Additionally, there are HDMI and USB ports on the back making this usable for dual monitors, wireless keyboards and/or mouse, and for charging as needed. I will say that I noted the more I had plugged into this pc, the more is struggled to keep up often winding the fan up pretty loudly. For simple tasks with just a single monitor and wireless keyboard/mouse, this pc works very well. Overall, I am pretty impressed with this pc. It meets my needs very well even if they are only small tasks. I would have liked to have more capabilities, but for this price point, I am pretty pleased and will update my setup eventually.

The fan on the thing is loud. Going to have to replace it as it drives me crazy. Bluetooth works sometimes. Sometimes it doesn’t. Highly annoying. Was supposed to be faster, but MUCH slower than the one it replaced. I highly regret buying it and wish I had returned it or at least sought a replacement when it first arrived. Not a day goes by that it doesn’t make me curse. Update: Even though I wrote this review 3 months after I purchased which was 2 months beyond the 30 days, seller contacted me and replaced the mini with an i9 12th generation. Everything works as it should thus far. It’s the first morning I have arisen to not find I need to reboot and fiddle awhile to get my mini working again.

As a result of the last communication with a customer service representative, I am going to give a very positive feedback. The rep. listened to my concerns about receiving this excellent Goodtico MINI PC, but with an outdated operating system. This rep, really came through and the company sent a brand-new M.2 SSD boot chip with the most current Windows 11 operating system installed. I highly recommend GOODTICO for a MINI PC purchase. The device handles HD graphics, HD DVD rendering at high speed, and video uploading and streaming flawlessly.
