I bought this primarily for my extemely large plex library. I was running it on a Shield, but it finally burned out. It's nice having it on the network where adding new movies is fast and easy. All my computers are power hungry gamers so they don't get left on but, this little thing is very efficient, so it runs 24/7 and I find myself using it for quite a bit of normal office work and web browsing. This model checked all the boxes for me, as far as features go, and performance wise it does do the job. I was skeptical when I bought this computer, but I am pleasantly surprised. If you are looking for a FAST home/office computer, look no further. It boots up within moments, and it handles programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc., with ease. Photoshop opens super quickly and it handles all graphics with ease. So far this mini PC has been good and works well as a home server with way more power than a (much) cheaper N100 mini pc. The noise can be loud under load, but I keep it in my basement. This mini pc looks to be very similar to the Topton V600 which I was not able to successfully purchase. If you are looking for a value mini PC with an i7-1360P 13th gen, this is one of the very few options. As the subject says: Overall I'm pleased with this unit in terms of power, port selection, noise level, etc, BUT there is a nagging issue where the screen will sometimes and randomly blinks out for a second or two and then comes right back on as if nothing happened, which is not due to starting or ending any driver or OS updates. This can happen in games as well as during simple web browsing. No processing effort or data seems to get lost while this was going on, it is just un-nerving to watch this happen. I'm thinking that maybe a BIOS update "might" help, but the GoodTico site does not have any direct BIOS files of any kind, so I checked the Chatreey site which has an equivalent PC in terms of looks, specs, and even model number (IT12), I have downloaded that BIOS, but have not even tried to install it because the BIOS did not come from the GoodTico company who re-branded this box. Can anyone provide some feedback on this? I am in fact writing this review using this machine. Windows reports the following for this box: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H 2.60 GHz which agrees with the Amazon product page and the Chatreey and GoodTico pages. Where can I go from her? I have connected and disconnected an eGPU Thunderbolt 4 doc with an ASUS Nvidia RTX 4070 Super. This setup is fast enough for playing the games I want at good settings and the machine freezes with and without this connected, with or without running games, using or not using the built-in integrated gpu, and with or without the eGPU dock connected, and it happened before my eGPU dock arrived. ... show more

Original Review: I purchased the Goodtico mini PC with the i9-13900H, and while the performance has been excellent, their customer service is beyond frustrating. The PC itself is powerful and handles demanding tasks very well—no complaints about the hardware. However, I’ve been trying to get a BIOS update for weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I’ve received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when the issue could be resolved with a simple update. If you’re considering this product, be aware that while the hardware is solid, the lack of customer support can make it a risky purchase. If you run into any problems, don’t expect quick or helpful responses from their team. Amended Review: Initially, I had difficulty getting in touch with customer service about a BIOS update. It took some persistence, but they did eventually respond and provided the update I needed. While it wasn’t the quickest resolution, I appreciate that they addressed my concern in the end. If you’re considering this product, know that the hardware is solid, and with some patience, customer support will help you out. ... show more

I bought this as general purpose small desktop and it met all my expectations. It's not a gaming machine but it can do computationally intense work well, e.g., video encoding with Handbrake. It's silent when idle and the fan is usually unobtrusive when it's not running full out. Adding a second NVMe drive was easy and it dual boots the preinstalled Windows 11 and Ubuntu without any problems. After about four months it died (I don't know whether it was the power supply or motherboard). I emailed Goodtico's customer support and received a replacement within days. ... show more
