There was a period in my life, when my allergies would strike in the Spring and in the late Autumn. Since these allergic bouts was seasonal, I was not overly concerned about the cost. The bouts, at one time, were intense and today, they're year-round and mild. The discount pharmacies have gotten pricey and the dollar-stores don't seem to have them on a regular basis. This is now, my second purchase. I use them as I need them and the price is quite reasonable. Just like the name of this product, Good Sense...it makes good sense to buy them for its price...it makes good sense to use them for it does the job---relief without the drowse effect. Update---07/29/2017 After many years, I am grateful for this product for my year-round allergies It continues to be effective at a valued price. The big chain pharmacies have nothing like this...Thank You, Good Sense!

I got these to try them out and I am 200% pleased. I actually have come to depend on this brand for price, quality, and "subscribe and save" availability with Amazon so I will not run out. These work great for my multiple allergies. I have RA and I have not noticed any harsh side effects. Of course, this will vary from person to person. I did experience a bit of grogginess a couple of times, but I was not itching from Springtime allergens, so I made due---oh yeah, that was when I took 2 because of neighbor cutting grass when I was outside. I'm better now! I have GoodSense. :-)

I used to pay a lot more for these in your average big drugstore; whichever name you want to call that. These are the exact same thing and do the same job for far less the price. They work as well as the name brand, so why pay more? Highly recommend.

I recently purchased GoodSense Allergy Relief Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the product. It's an effective allergy medicine that helps to relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. One of the things I like most about this allergy medicine is that it's fast-acting. I can feel relief from my allergy symptoms within about 20-30 minutes of taking it, which is great when I'm feeling miserable and want relief as soon as possible. I also appreciate that this allergy medicine is available in a convenient, over-the-counter form. I don't have to go to the doctor or have a prescription to get it, which makes it easy to get the relief I need when I'm feeling allergy symptoms. One area where I feel the product could be improved is in its taste. The medicine has a bit of a chalky taste, which isn't the most pleasant. However, this is a minor issue for me and doesn't impact the effectiveness of the medicine. Overall, I would give GoodSense Allergy Relief Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg a 4 out of 5 stars rating. It's an effective allergy medicine that provides fast relief from allergy symptoms, and it's available in a convenient over-the-counter form. The taste could be improved, but it's not a major issue for me.

This is the best way to buy diphenhydramine 25mg tablets. You could pay 10 or 100 times as much under a different branding, but get exactly the same thing. This is labeled as Allergy Relief, but it is exactly the same medication as is usually sold as a Sleep Aid. Funny how diphenhydramine reduces allergy symptoms (helps congestion go to sleep) when taken orally, reduces itching on skin (helps the itch go to sleep) when applied topically as a spray (think Benedril spray), and helps you go to sleep when you take it orally, too. It really is a sleep aid, just to make different things get sleepy! I find that one tablet is enough to help me get to sleep & stay asleep (more precisely, to go quickly back to sleep if I awaken in the middle of the night). Takein two leaves me groggy the next morning. Actually taking one sometimes does that, but only rarely -- and I haven't discerned the pattern of when it does. Don't drive within 7 hours of taking any quantity of this medication, in any event.

I have bought this brand of allergy medicine serveral times and it works just as well as the brand name. I have to take it at night and I have noticed no difference at all in the 2 at all. I willl continue to buy and set up a subscription for it to come once a month because the price is so much cheaper.
