OK, open the package up. These were collapsed flat. So popped them open and at first they didn’t want to stay cubicle style. They say the word storage written on them they’re white, with black lettering (storage). There is wire around the top and wire around the bottom to keep the square shape, But there’s nothing on the sides to keep the square shape up this part I do not like. It has black handles on both sides for lifting. I wouldn’t put anything heavy in it. As a storage bin personally I can only give it two stars ... show more

These bins are great for clothes storage. They’re not true cubes, and the sides don’t come up as high as the typical storage cube. However, this is an advantage. They are much easier to access than those cubes. Their rectangular shape makes up for the lack of vertical storage. I prefer to begin my reviews with the notion that reviews are inherently subjective. So, big picture, function-wise, I could as easily placed the items I placed in these in a box and called it a day. However, I have a black shelf in one of my rooms that has over time become like a catch-all for stuff and as I AM not a fan of clutter, it reached a point where I desired to do something about it. From that perspective a box, to me would have looked almost as unappealing for me as the clutter. I like the size and the fabric and the way these showed up sort of packaged as if they are a gift and the word STORAGE on it and they look so so so so so much better on that shelf than all the clutter and bonus now there is room for more clutter if it comes to that ... show more

These storage bins are a nice size; the canvas is stiff; it's able to stand with no problems due to the stiffness and the wires. However it could use a piece of cardboard inserted into the bottom. If you have a shelf that isn't quite as deep as the basket (I'm looking at you IKEA shelving) then the basket bottom can sag if the items inside are heavy. This was fixed by inserting a piece of cardboard in the bottom. It would be nice if these bins came with a removable piece of canvas-covered cardboard. For me this storage container is a bit flimsy. The bag itself is more of a hard vinyl/plastic so it’s ‘crunchy’ as opposed to soft and pliable. Unless you totally fill it up, it doesn’t really hold its shape.
