While the recipes are fairly simple to make and the ingredients can easily be found in the store or pantry, the directions lack pan size (small is vague). Listing a specific size makes baking easier. The pictures are very helpful.

  • Title should be Keto with Cheese cookbook
A lot of cheese in the first two chapters, Breakfast and Appetizers, and nothing that I really wanted to make. Most seem to take a lot of time and have a lot of steps. A lot of dishes used tomatoes...such as the fish recipes, and I hate tomatoes with my fish. The Feta and Mint Meatloaves...sounds awful with the mint. And the Bacon and Eggs over Asparagus. You guessed it...cook bacon and asparagus and break the eggs on top of the asparagus. Duh...Who needs a recipe for that. ... show more
