The media could not be loaded. Absolutely beautiful!! Bought a in natural to save a couple of bucks. Painted it , sealed it , mounted it on Sunday and by Tuesday of the same week had a couple of Blue Birds visiting 🙌🙌🙌

The packing for this item was very poorly handled. There was almost no packing material and because of that fact, the finial on the top of the mailbox was received crushed. The box sustained damage and was very flimsy, there is no way it would have prevented damage in handling. Why didn't Amazon fully wrap this expensive item? There was a minimal amount of tape sealing the box and the box was actually open on one end when delivered. As for the manufacturer, there was an ugly wood knot right smack in front and the knot actually had a hole in it. I am so very disappointed with the quality of this product. Spending $200+ on a birdhouse is an investment. As a buyer, I felt disrespected with the quality shipped to me and the manner in which Amazon packed this item to ensure it was not damaged. Both Amazon and the manufacturer let me down. ... show more
