Works flawlessly. Needs a 1/2" to 3/4" Garden hose female both ends cupler and a 1=2" shut-off valve. I am tall 6'2" and the supplied shower hose isn't long enough. I purchased a 6' hose and a close 1/2" nipple. Stuck both together. Long now. The unit gets the water very hot. I was using around 109F degrees it says 131F is max. Pressure was strong enough.

This worked fine for nine months, then it refused to ignite. With Amazon's help I finally contacted the seller (in China) and they said they would ship me a new igniter. That was six weeks ago and I haven't received anything or heard from them again.

I haven't even taken it out of the box to install. This thing is huge. Not exactly my idea of portable. My bad for not checking the return policy, or the size. Just know what you are getting here before you buy it because you can't return. Hopefully it installs easy and turns out to be fabulous.

Less than 8 months, (4 have been winter, where it’s been stored inside in a tote) and only using it 3 times, it just stop working… tapping on the front sometimes will turn it on where it will ignite, but never fires.

ONE STAR because I can't choose zero stats.... Installed this water heater and took one shower in it. After about five minutes of being done, I heard a hissing sound and a "kaboom". I looked up at my outdoor shower and it had exploded and flames were 10' tall. It NARROWLY avoided causing a wildfire. If I hadn't been home when that happened, it certainly would have spread. JUNK. And the sad part; I bought two and now I don't even want to use the other one in fear of it exploding on the sides of my cabin.

I am a DIY person who is mechanically and technically inclined.After firing up the burner, only 2 minutes in the unit burst into flames. When I say burst I mean ball of fire! The connection for the gas line is garbage and internal components are under engineered. They wanted to troubleshoot the unit over the phone but I refused. Still waiting for a refund on the defective item as well. WALK AWAY!
