I'm not going to really cover the running side, I didn't get these for that. I'm sure it'd be fine though because they felt great- even for me with kind of big feet they still fit me really well and aren't uncomfortable to put on whatsoever. I'll instead say that these are great everyday socks if you like having a nice splash of color in your life- The color options for this brand are great, and despite me wearing each pair probably around 20 times I haven't noticed any faded colors, shrinking, or real overall quality issues - even as someone who doesn't really do much special for laundry I haven't had to throw a single pair away even after two years. They can all be washed together with no issues. They're probably not the thickest socks, but I wouldn't call them thin - they still feel really nice and will fit well in sneakers or in nicer dress shoes if you'd prefer that. For the price range, these sets are great! If you don't care for the colors, the basic options are fine, but the color variety on offer here compared to other options definitely makes these worth it. They singlehandedly converted me from quarter-cut socks to crew socks just because of how good-feeling and good-looking they are. I ordered a size 9-12. I just got these and have only tried them on. I bought them for rollerblading. But I’m very happy with them so far. I have big feet and thick calves. This means 99.9% of all tall socks don’t fit me correctly. Either the feet are too big if the calf fits or the feet fit but the calf area is too tight. These fit just right. I could use just a smidge more room in the foot, but overall I’m so glad I got them and can’t wait to use them for skating. Great bright happy colors too! Like these socks a lot. They fit well (I wear a size 7.5 shoe) I like the material also. They are very comfortable. I love the bright colors. I have washed them once and the color in the heel and toe did fade a bit making them look like they have been washed more than once. You can see in the photo the on the left side the blue pair with the yellow heel and toe is new and I haven’t worn or washed them yet. The orange pair on the right is wearing the socks once and washing them once. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. ... show more

Super cute and they fit perfectly! I’m size 7.5 and these socks are just right. No baggy toes or lumpy heal up the back of my sneaker. A few nice features.. They aren’t too thick overall and slightly thicker on the heal and toe..plus light arch compression. They are about calf high and the top fits nicely, elastic is not too tight.
