Sturdy chair, well made and really zips along. It folds nicely but it is quite heavy for a single person to lift. Battery lasts a long time. We bought it for my adult son to use on the ramp of the conversion van. It was too steep for his manual chair.

The media could not be loaded. Terrible! This chair chooses when it wants to work, and it's not when I need it the most. It is embarrassing and frustrating. Sometimes it won't stay on. Other times it turns on but the chair moves where it wants instead of following how I push the joystick. Attempts to contact the seller early on was a waste of time. Their terrible customer service gave me the run around, accused me of not knowing how to use the joystick, and refused a refund. I'll be heading to social media next about this chair. After major surgery, this chair shouldn't be a contributor to my pain. ... show more
