I’d like to talk with the seller please. Maybe there is a way to do a master reset. I unopened it, installed the batteries and followed instructions however it doesn’t work. I tried to reset it holding the button but then it lights green (not blue as the instructions say) but then it won’t let me reset the password. It just beeps red 3 times over and over. I tried about 20 times re-reading the directions and nothing works. ... show more

I love this item, but it stopped working. I put the master, the code, and the fingerprint passwords in correctly. They worked for two days. I tried the fingerprint three times, and the alarm went off. When I used the reset button instructions to clear all passwords it gave me a bunch of red, green, and blue lights. None of which were mentioned in the manual. Finally, it started working correctly, but it did not last long. I cannot get into it again. Sure, it's my fault for hiding the keys so well I can't even find them, but I tried all the passwords, and it beeps like it is going to open but it won't. I hit a series of the * and the 0 keys and it opened that way a few times, but I shut it on accident the last time and cannot get it open. I can't send it back because my things are locked in it. sad but true ... show more

Have had this safe for about 6 months and it’s done really well so far and I really like how big it is. I also like that it has a fingerprint option so even if someone did know my code they still can’t get into it.
