I selected this item through the Vine program in to add to my pillow hoard. I own a lot of pillows from a lot of different brands. I’ve paid over a $100 for a single pillow. I’ve tried the cheapest pillows from Target just to test them out (they were all terrible). The problem is I sleep hot and my fat head heats up faster than the rest of me. On the other hand, pillows make great couch cushions even if they’re not great for sleeping. Packing was the typical vacuum seal affair. After letting these sit and refluff themselves thoroughly for a full 24 hours they filled out to about 5” in thickness. No strange chemical smells. Decent comfort, but not great. I would say these are low tier pillows at a fantastic price. I’ll probably use them as yet more couch cushions with some satin cases, but definitely not for my bed. Not that it will be visible, but the plaid pattern on the pillows does look nice. At least it will help distinguish them from all my other pillows when changing pillow cases. I wouldn’t say these are like typical hotel pillows (at least in my experience) because they are not as fluffy or plush as typical hotel pillows (even after letting them sit for 24-36 hours outside the vacuum sealed packing they arrive in). However, the pillows are the right thickness for me because they are not too thick or to thin, making them ideal for stomach sleeping. They are pretty soft and do conform to your head shape which makes them super comfortable. If you prefer a pillow on the firmer side, this is not for you. I got the plaid design which looks really nice but I suppose it doesn’t matter since it will be covered by pillowcases.

Unfortunately this pillow doesn’t work for me. I sleep on my side and it really hurt my neck and upper back to sleep on this. My husband sleeps on his back and he says it’s too soft. If you like soft and comfortable pillows, you’d probably love this. I need a more firm and supportive pillow.

These pillows come in an air tight bag but quickly fluff up once opened. The filling is 100% polyester fiber and it’s quite comfortable. These pillows are not super firm which is great for me. There is no unpleasant odor.
