The sofa came a bit harder than I thought, but I guess it will soften over time. there was a small stain in one of the seats, because of that, I would give it a 4.6 to 4.8 if I can choose. other than that, I have no complains about it. it is pretty easy to assemble. the pillow feels a bit strange because of the leather texture is different from the cloth pillows I am used to. but the sofa looks very similar to what is shown in the picture. overall, I think it is a solid product for the price. ... show more

I was tired of falling into my sofa and then struggling to get out of it. This is firm like I want! So easy to put together too. Seat cushions are not removable which is great since I have kids. Back cushions are removable but so far don’t fall off constantly like my seat cushions did on my last couch. Company had amazing customer service. I initially received the wrong ottoman, they immediately sent me the correct one at no cost to me and they let me keep the incorrect product! Fast responses, very nice and product is wonderful. These sofas are perfect for our purposes. The seat cushions are very firm but comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Once my order shipped, the seller, Mark, called to give the shipping details and instructions. When we received the sofas we noticed that a cushion on one of the sofas had a split in it so I contacted Mark to let him know and sent him pictures. He responded immediately and had a replacement sent a week later (since it was first delivered the week before Christmas) and kept me informed of the shipment details. Mark is AMAZING! Overall, happy with the couch. It’s a little stiff but I’m hoping it will soften with use. Make sure to READ EVERY DETAIL. I assumed it would get delivered to the door since that is Amazon’s policy. However, Does not get delivered to your door, it’s curb side delivery only. That is this company’s policy. The delivery window is 5 hours. So if you are someone like me who can’t do heavy lifting (I’m pregnant) it becomes stressful trying to find help to lift the couch in. Customer service was great. They worked with me to try to time the delivery when my help was available. ... show more
