The original light had an issue in the electrical, it was not found until we had put it together which was a slight inconvenience as there are many parts. The company quickly resent another one and was extremely helpful and diligent in their support. The light is very elegant, and the crystals are beautiful, The gold on the electrical component looked a little pinkish, but when it was installed, that concern was covered up with the crystals. It is so elegant, that I now have to add a touch more elegance to my home to blend in well with the light. Well worth the cost. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this chandelier to light up my new home office. It is very well made and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. The crystals are solid and the gold is consistent. The directions are lacking but absolutely doable in less than an hour. The lighting is strong and illuminates my 11x12' room with no problems. I currently have it on a switch but plan to change it to a dimmer switch soon. This chandelier is a great size and an instant show stopper. ... show more

Horrible experience with this so far. I bought two for my kitchen island and they came damage. After contacting the Amazon, they did send me a replacement But sadly only one worked. other one kept tripping the circuit breaker, tried returning it, but didn’t give me an options, so the Amazon Customer wanted me to order another one and will be refunded from the old one. I received another one after a week and after wasting few hours troubleshooting. My circuit breaker popped the fuse and had to spend $64 for a circuit break to be replaced, Which was not a reimbursed by Amazon. I returned all 3 on December 28 And now I’m waiting for the refund. According to Amazon, I will be getting refund on January 28. Please stay away from this products unless you wanna waste a lot of time. ... show more
