When I got the Watch, I noticed it. It was a little big so I decided to take some links off and the instructions show the tools. I only had one of them.. making it a little difficult and I had to improvise and a piece broke so I just put it in my drawer. For $12, I didn’t really have any big hopes for this. The watch band was too large(not a problem) so I shortened it down to size. However the metal and the finish is so fragile and brittle, the metal around the pins on the watch band actually ended up breaking the link.
