UPDATE: After reaching out to the sell they are sending a new chandelier out. Although it took a couple days to hear back, they did come through. The 2/3 chandeliers I ordered have worked great. So overall for the price it’s not bad with good customer service. This is the worst chandelier I have ever installed. Each stem is individually wired which makes putting it together a nightmare. After putting it together, 30-45min ordeal, I finally get it installed & one bulb is burnt out. I check the bulbs, good. Double & triple Check my wiring for that stem, all good. So now I’m stuck with a chandelier that has one bulb out permanently. Do I disassemble and take it all apart again and send it back or live with it? The thought of taking it apart and down makes me sick. My advice to anyone thinking about buying this chandelier, DONT! Pick another option because this one is a pain in the butt and the quality sucks! ... show more

This light looks amazing in my dining room, definitely a statement piece! It does not come assembled so the building process is a little tricky and time consuming, but if you already have a junction box/ light it’s just plug and play for the install. Had to adjust the part where the light bulb screws in, because they were sticking out about the metal about 1/4 inch. Just unscrewed the nut right below the light housing and screwed it further down so the bottom of the light bulbs weren’t showing. Love this product!! ... show more

The chandelier itself is fine - assembly was not difficult and the lights all work. However, we bought this particular fixture based on the cord length because of the way we needed to install it (pictured) and the chain is not nearly long enough to follow the cord itself (and the length listed). I reached out to the seller asking for an additional piece of chain, assuming this was a mistake, and they told me no - I can order it myself elsewhere. I bought this because it looked so dainty and thin in pictures. I have a large island with huge lights so I wanted something thinner for my dinning area. It works, just a bit thicker than expected.
