I ordered three lights for a kitchen island six months ago for a kitchen remodel. We are now ready to install them, but a part of one of the lights is defective. As you can see in the photo, the thread of the light going into the base, is not made correctly, and the light will not fully screw into the base. The other two lights were fine, but this one is defective. The lights are so pretty that I still really wanted to use the three lights over our kitchen island, so I ordered a new single light to replace the defective one. This set us back $181.00, but because it took an extra two months to renovate the kitchen, we missed the window for returns. I contacted the seller and they agreed to reimburse me the $181.00 for the light, so I'm giving them a 5-star rating ... show more

My very handy husband was a little taken aback by the two wire red/black light wiring, but once we ascertained that the red goes to white, they are a breeze to hang and are a lovely aesthetic. We used them in our remodel to hang as dual lighting/artwork in front of rather busy tile that precludes hanging pictures. These did the trick. They make the coffee bar inviting and stylish. They were well packaged and come with gloves and a polishing cloth for the glass. If you aren’t using Koenig glass polish already, you should be. But that’s another story. ... show more

This pendant light fixture is exactly what I had in mind for our dining room! I am so pleased with how well it looks and how easy it was to assemble. The length of the cord is incredibly long and would even work with super high ceilings, but it can also be adjusted to whatever length you want or need it. They are extremely heavy and 2 out of the three look amazing! The inside frame for the light bulb is crooked as all get out and throws off the entire look!! I ordered a single one hoping it would be better and it is worse than the original one! Seriously. Just trying to have them straight so they look like they should bc when straight, they are beautiful and quite striking. I guess I’ll keep returning until I get another one that is straight but don’t assume one order will get you what you need. Its frustrating! Especially at the cost!!! Updated: ordered another one- clearly it was also a return as witnessed by the packaging and it’s worse than the one I’m returning! This is getting ridiculous!! Seriously. The light fixture is basically a replica of the RH light. Very clean and modern look. Makes a bedroom statement. I went with the rod version, not the rope. I feel it looks higher class than a rope. The rod has a ball and socket at the top so if you hit the light, it swings and will fall back into place. Very nice. It doesn’t disappoint. Note: There are 3 different rod sizes! It appears all the rods are the same, but they arent. Unscrew them and figure out the length/pattern you want to go with prior to installing. Don’t make the mistake I made. Cons: Pain in the butt to install. Trying to screw it on the ceiling for the final touch is difficult. ... show more
