Just upgraded from the Godox V860ii for Sony and what a difference!!!! This thing is incredible! It’s way better than I could’ve imagined! So much easier to use than the others making the functionality a 10 out of 10. Controls are touch and that’s always a plus. Excellent sync speed, the brightness is superb. Just received it this evening so I can’t honestly speak to the battery life just yet. I recommended this flash to every photographer reading this. There is no other option. This is it! Get it! Really love this flash. I bought it at first release, and quickly discovered a big problem: the settings would change because the touch screen wouldn't effectively lock. 3 weeks later, Godox issued an update with the perfect fix. The best you can have for a Flash and for a low price. as a Sony user since 2014 I have really had no use for one BUT for the new macro lens 1.4x max. magnification in Sony's Versatile FE 100mm F2.8 Macro GM OSS this is the flash to use out in the field that will last all day and reach a subject at the 100mm distance. do not have the lens yet but the flash is ready with doing testing with the 90mm for macro and subjects prove it to be great! ... show more
