    • Decent Machine for Multiple Exercises
I got this machine as I wanted more than a one trick pony, though I wanted the chest fly part most of all. The fact that I can do heavier leg extensions was a bonus. I have a machine that can do shoulder pressing and I can do lat pulldowns with cables (though I assume I can go heavier on this one as it claims 800lb). One negative right off the bat, I am not sure what movement on the machine counts as a "rear delt" exercise. I assumed before buying that it would simply be reversing the chest fly and you would sit facing the back rest, but there is zero way this would be an effective rear delt fly as there is almost no range of motion. Unless I am doing something completely wrong or missing something here. I wish the seller would show more images of the workouts it claims to be for. The closest thing I could get to a rear delt movement is if you put the shoulder press handles in its lowest position, so the handles are behind the machine, face the back pad and use it almost like a machine row. This could be the only thing I could think of as a rear delt exercise and even then, it seems to feel like a machine back row (which is awesome by the way). I did spray some silicone on the metal poles that the weights glide up and down on but still the leg extension feels off on the eccentric part of the movement. Curious if cables need to be worked in or if the piece that holds the weight is still a little sticky and needs time to loosen up. Time will tell on this part. I do with the handles for the chest fly were a touch higher than they are as they don't perfectly align with my chest, but will do nicely for a home gym and for most people. Really curious as the amazon info page from the company states up to 800lbs, if this cable with plastic pulleys can actually pull 800lbs. I will be happy if it can do half that for leg extensions to be honest. I give it a 4 out of 5 but probably closer to a 3 than a 5. ... show more

    • This machine did not work as advertised
There is no resistance on the way down for any exercise. When I went to get a refund the requirement was to return the machine. That is obviously nearly impossible considering the number of parts and that it took nearly 12 hours to put together. Thus, it would take an equal amount of time to take apart. I am sorely disappointed in this machine and the response of the company to my messages about the problems. ... show more
