A lot of computer in a very small package! This is actually my second machine from GmkTec and the first one I've had for a few years and it's still working great, I just wanted an upgrade. I travel a lot, and the first thing that impressed me about the GMKtec G10 was just how small it is. It literally fits in my hand, so it is easy to take with me without giving up the usefulness and capability of a full Windows computer. For such a tiny machine, it has excellent power. I use it to play Assassin’s Creed with the settings adjusted, and Fallout 4 as well. I can stream video and multitask with several programs and browser tabs open with no problems. It stays very responsive and handles everything much better than I expected from something this size. The included 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD are plenty for everyday use. I opened it up to see how everything was laid out and found that the memory and storage would be extremely easy to upgrade whenever I need more. It also has a great selection of ports, fast 2.5Gb Ethernet, and support for multiple monitors. I run two portable monitors and it's an awesome setup for me. The HDMI takes care of one, and the other gets power and video over the USB-C port. Overall, I’m extremely impressed. The G10 is fast, quiet, easy to carry, and powerful enough for both work and entertainment. It is an excellent value, especially considering that the entire computer fits in the palm of my hand. The box, cords, and two monitors all fit in my laptop bag, along with a few other things. I would definitely recommend one, and for the price you're getting a lot more value than a laptop. ... show more

Really happy with my purchase, the M8 is a little workhorse. I can confirm it comes with an activated Win 11 Pro. Even though GMK has never seen an issue, I have a ritual - I boot from USB and image the NVME fresh (after getting the Windows key from a command line just in case), then wipe the mini pc's NVME (deleting all partitions) and install Windows 11 fresh. Windows picked up the BIOS key automatically on install and launched right into a fresh Windows 11 Pro. Network and sounds drivers were missing, but I grabbed them from the Europe site (Google it) and ran the .bat file. Without a reboot, everything picked up and no yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager. Windows Update took about 20 mins, as I fresh installed the newest Win 11 version (25H2 as of this writing). So the PC itself is rock solid, no blue screens, streams OBS 4k just fine, and have no random crashes or reboots. It's a great Docker server or workstation PC if needed, runs Office just fine. I notice no loud fan noise. Can’t comment on Oculink, I don’t use it. If you're looking for an all-in-one on the Ryzen platform, this one is a good bang for the buck. ... show more

Pleasantly surprised
Size: R5 3500U 16GB DDR4+512GB
I wasn't expecting a lot of performance out of this little computer. I bought it for a specific use case, but when I booted it up and set the bios for performance, I was kind of blown away. I like that it can be expanded both by ROM and SSD space. It's certainly not a high-end gaming machine, but it seems to hold its own in most any other circumstance. Surprisingly quiet, the unit stayed cool and never glitched once. I will definitely buy another. ... show more

Small box, Big Deal
Size: R5 3500U 16GB DDR4+512GB
I would have given it 5 stars, if it had not became inoperable within a week. The problem was most likely due to a Windows update that removed necessary hardware definition files. With the help of GMKtec people, I was able to get it working again using their link to download a rescue utility. I created a bootable USB (ISO) on another computer. I re-booted the GMKtec with the Microsoft USB ISO starting with the least intrusive tool, then continuing on to the next level recovery tool within Microsoft "advanced utilities", until the problem was solved. I lost no files or programs or settings. This is a great little computer. I purchased this unit to run a once-a-year program that requires Windows 11. I added a second NVMe drive then installed the operating system that I trust for daily, efficient, flawless, and spy-free operation... Debian 13. Installing a drive on this computer is so easy...just pop off the top and insert it. This computer is as strong and functional as a Intel i5 series 8. For those who prefer an uncluttered desk, install this powerful, little box to the back of the monitor. Processing speed, graphics and storage are more than enough, even for power users. I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy it again. ... show more

GMKtec G10 is a great bargain.
Size: R5 3500U 16GB DDR4+512GB
The GMKtec G10 checks all the boxes. The price point is a real bargain. It's very easy to set up, I am by no means a computer geek but still had the unit up and running in 15 minutes. I have limited space so the size was perfect. I am very impressed with the G10.

Good Performance and Value Mini PC
Size: R5 3500U 16GB DDR4+512GB

I bought the GMKtec Mini PC G10 (3500U) because I wanted a full-featured PC that would not take up a lot of desk space. After using the Mini PC for a couple of weeks now, I am very happy with my purchase. First of all, it not only replaced my old desktop PC , but it is also much faster. For those interested in the GMKtec G10, here are some specifics… Performance: Very good. All my apps open fast without any issues. All the typical Windows, Google desktop and my other well-used programs operated smoothly. Also, for a small unit, it is very quiet. Video: Very good. I hooked mine using the HDMI port (it also comes with a HDMI cable) to my large screen TV. No problem. Set-up: Very easy. My GMKtec Mini PC G10 package came with a power cord, power adapter, and HDMI cable. The Mini PC connected easily to my home wi-fi. It also has a hard-wired LAN port for a wired connection. I simply disconnected my old pc system and plugged in the G10, and it was ready to go Size: Very small cube size. Looks like about 4 inches on each side Overall: I would highly recommend the GMKtec Mini PC G10. It is a good value and has very good performance. It has all the normal features a Windows PC should have; it connects to the internet easily; it has lots of ports for peripheral devices. with lots of USB ports. If you are like me and don’t want a huge computer taking up a lot of desk space, and want one at a good price, the Mini PC G10 will be a good choice. ... show more

It's decent for the price but it's way too late I would have bought it 2 months ago..
Size: R5 3500U 16GB DDR4+512GB
It's a good PC. Windows 11 does not do it any justice. It will work for gaming. But not for large games in ultra quality if you're gaming on this you're going to be in 1080P at low or ultra low quality with all of the cool stuff turned off that makes your game look nice. If you want a game in low quality there you go.. this is the perfect device for you. I mainly got it for photo editing and video editing and creative type of work because it's small and it will attach directly to the back of your monitor. However if you put it into performance mode it runs uncomfortably Hot for me. 90° + c is a little too hot for my comfort and then the nvme starts throttling.. so if you wanted to work keep it in balanced mode it will still game in that mode. Just have your driver settings correctly.. other than that it's really snappy it looks great it does what it's supposed to do.. I don't have any complaints. And I'm coming straight off of a gaming laptop from 10 years ago and it's about on the level with that.. it can't run the games as well because it doesn't have a proper GPU but it's close.. ... show more
