This specific configuration rocks with plenty of connectivity, including USB-C 4, HDMI, DisplayPort, and ample high-speed storage at 2TB Although this one is quite recent for us, this is our 4th GMKTec unit in the family and so far, so good with no issues to report. The early models with single fan run a bit on the hotter side but never gave up. Highly recommend this model if you are seeking versatility, performance and have limited space. This is also quite portable if you need to move it around the house or take it for the weekend get away with the kids, just remember to pack your HDMI cable just in case.

Amazing computer in a little package. We bought two. One had a DDR stick go bad within the first 6 months. After contacting the seller, I sent them the bad stick and they sent a new one back to me. Both are working perfectly now. Very quiet. Minimal heat from the systems. Great speed. Good product and good company to work with.

This Mini is worth every penny and has actually exceeded all of my expectations! I researched for a month straight to find one that didn't break the bank but would do what I wanted it to do. Also wanted one with "Oculink" I do not know of anyone else currently doing what I am but I am sure it does exist... I am using this mini paired with a HD60s and a Egpu dock I can use this to run a 2 pc stream setup and doubles as a crystal clear game DVR with the 2tb m.2, also linked to the network for quick file sharing. It has a physically small footprint and a small power footprint! One thing to note is I do recommend a USB 3.0 hub with its own power brick to eliminate unnecessary draw from the Mini. Avoids the possibility of frying the MXB from too much power draw. Other than that this thing is amazing. I have had a lot of fun using this setup and it has quite literally taking my stream to the next level. (OfficialArmada) on Tiktok and Twitch ;) *You do not need an Egpu to run this as a dual pc setup. I am only using it to activate features from my Elgato Facecam pro webcam! It actually plays games just fine and runs the stream as is! I also recommend a fan underneath the unit as well. Temps under load avg 72c - 78c

I regret getting this crap. Its noisy, the USB 4 Port doesn't work with a Dell dock. In fact, it doesn't seem to work at all. And there is only one USB4 port so this is useless as anything other than a over-powered file server or something to jam in the network closet to do automated builds. ** UPDATE ** The entropy continue, it no longer supports my Dell 4k monitor at full resolution. While in the middle of some development task, the screen blanked out. It only powers the monitor now at a deprecated resolution. This was not the result of a Windows or drivers update, it just keeps losing functionality. (my other machines power this 4k quite well) The USB ports are also flakey and don't work with older flash drives, won't recognize the Yubi key. Furthermore, the microphone is awful, it sounds like someone is dragging a microphone over gravel. I assume that this has everything to do with bad drivers, but the website offers nothing, There isn't any software that will make use of the NPU,. Because this is just a commodity mini-pc, there is no support like one might get from Dell or HP. If you have low expectations, just understand that the universe of 64GB RAM mini-pc is pretty small so this performs well as a development workstation if you don't have any devices that need to be plugged in when compared to others in its class. You get what you pay for, but this thing is at least $200 over priced.

So to start with it came packaged very nice. The packaging was very professional, well Protected, and gave the feeling of quality from the start. The package included a vesa bracket and custom branded HDMI cable, as well as a nice quality power supply with a good long cord. The case is plastic. I suppose at this price point of course it is. But the plastic feels like it’s nice high quality. I’m happy with the look and feel of it. The green power button to match the accent color on the PC is a nice touch, and the power button had a nice feel to it, wasn’t too mushy like it would break easily. Windows was clean of virus’, activated correctly, and had ZERO bloatware. From box to using the desktop was maybe 5 minutes, easy setup. Zero frills, just as Windows should be from the factory. I’m just getting started using it I’ll come back and report on its performance. Performance was really good ! The system stayed cool and didn’t throttle. Started up quickly and all in all is a great little system. Going to use it to build a retro gaming box.
