Genuine GM remanufactured part, carries the same warranty as a brand new unit at a fraction of the cost. What is nice about these units is that the problem it originally had is corrected and will likely never have that same failure again. The torque converter itself works just fine. However, the core rebate amount was listed as $100 but ACDelco only paid $46. Amazon won't do anything despite the amount being clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Bait and switch? Overall a very disappointing experience.
