I have tried to get this stupid laser cutter to cut for 5 days- 12 hours a day. It starts cutting and then comes up with an alarm and stops in random spots in the cut. I have tried every suggestion in the manual and every idea I could possibly come up with online. Nothing is resolving the problem. I have contacted the company 4 times for help. They finally responded to one of my requests for help saying that they would make helping me a top priority and to respond back with a message of when I would be available for an assistance call. I responded back. I am three days past when they said they would call me and I haven’t heard back from them, even after sending two more messages telling them I’m on a deadline and need assistance. I’m very disappointed in this product. I have customers waiting for orders they purchased from me and now I have to send them apologies and delay shipments till I can get another laser.

This is the first engraver of this type that I’ve ever owned. it took me a hot minute to figure this out, but I got there! The laser comes with everything you need to get started. I was really impressed with the care that went into the packaging of the laser and all accessories! They used every available space to either add accessories or protect what was included. The directions are okay for assembly, but for ease of using the machine, I would encourage using the tutorial videos on the external software website. Once I watched a few of those videos, it was much easier to figure out what I needed to do. I’ve been playing around with engraving and cutting quite a bit. I thought some pics might be helpful so you can see it works even when you’re a beginner! Im a work in progress for sure, but I’m getting there!!

I got this engraver to start a side business, and I’m excited for its potential! When I opened up the box, I was first impressed by the packaging to keep it safe… it was super protected for its long trip to Idaho. I got the machine put together, and it was pretty fast, and pretty easy…it’s a sexy, sleek little machine. The website has videos you can watch, since the written directions are a little vague. They have videos of everything you’d need, and it’s way easier to use them to assemble the engraver. I then downloaded Light burn for the software program, and started playing with potential projects. The hardest part is learning the software, so if you have a software program you already love, you’ll be a step ahead! The engraver works awesome! It’s super quiet, fast, and engraves just like I wanted it to! For the money spent, I am super happy and can’t wait to see what else I can create!

I really like the enclosed box, I installed an external fan to pull the fumes outside. I am brand new to all of this and setup was not to bad. As long as you follow the instructions. The customer service has been really good. They are very responsive by email. They have always responded within 24 hrs with fixes for issues I have encountered. Most of which is just me not knowing what I don’t know. The pictures are a few of the items I have completed. I have had the unit for 2 months and am hooked on my laser. I would recommend this for new users. Mine is a 10 watt and I am looking to get the 20 watt also to be able to cut thicker material.
