I bought these dishes after I found out the dish set I'd been using for years tested positive for lead. I love the colorful designs, and I love that there are six different patterns. The plates and bowls are sturdy. The bowls are rather big, and they don't stack small, so make sure you have room for them. I can stack six in my cabinets, but that sixth one is tricky to get in there. I bought two sets, and we have fun seeing which plates and bowls we pull out of the cabinet each time we eat. Re: sturdiness: They're dishwasher safe. I have knocked them against the side of my granite countertops a couple times and have been so relieved they haven't cracked. I tried to attach a picture of the bowls stacked, but it keeps giving me an error.

Very pretty, vibrant colors. As pictured, white undersides. Packed well by seller, but Amazon put their box in a much larger Amazon box with no packing material around d it. So 2 bowls were broken. I had to return entire set. A new set arrived ed the following day. All packed properly and in good shape. They went through the dishwasher, no issue. Very happy with these dishes.
