Legitimately one of the best purchases in my entire life. I have been searching for this product for years. I have bought countless lights that I either end up trashing, giving away, or sitting in a shelf never to be touched again. Something about me is I have light sensitivity. My husband calls me his cute little fungus because I thrive in the darkness and hate the light lol big ceiling lights hate them, all book lights are so bright even when they have dimming functions. On top of that they are never something I feel comfortable using when I'm up at 3am and cannot sleep because im worried I'll wake my husband because they just don't dim enough. I have spent so much money on lights and ended up resorting to using an app on my phone. I have arthritis though and I'm so tired of my arms on fire bc of hold my own light. I decided to go back to searching as I've been flaring constantly when reading lately. This popped up, the first time I've ever seen a red, orange, and a yellow setting.. at most if they have anything besides bright white it's a bright amber, but these are genuinely dark toned which makes me so happy. Not only that but it clips really well to all forms of books, no issues with it moving and slipping off or tearing the page. It has three colors and multiple different dimming options, I love that the bendy wire holds its position wherever you want it, alot of other book lights are either not that adjustable, or they are but slowly start moving/falling as you're reading. The battery life is great. The shipping was fast. I've literally had my husband wake up before because of my book lights bc I'm an inconsistent sleeper, the other night I stayed up almost all night and my husband never stirred. Not only does the extremely dim options function well but during daylight it gets bright perfectly. It's extremely adaptable and I just love it! It lasts forever. It takes a type c charger which is holy grail. Genuinely, if you hate eyestrain, bright light, and are tired of crappy lights look no further(:

My favorite reading light

LOVE this reading light, it’s everything I wanted. I tried multiple book lights before this, and this one is the best so far for the following reasons: The warm colored lights are much easier on the eyes at night and they do not disrupt your circadian rhythm like blue light does. The red light is excellent for reading in total darkness if you tend to read in bed next to a sleeping partner. The light brightness is very adjustable, with multiple settings from very dim to very bright. The buttons are easy to access on top of the light head and never get accidentally pushed. The light head covers the full width of a page. The light head is also lightweight and not top-heavy at all so it does not tip forward. The neck is very soft/adjustable and does not get kinked. The clamp is wide and double-hinged so it can easily clip to 300+ pages if you want to use it to help hold the book open. The battery is long-lasting and has a row of indicator lights that actually show how empty or full the battery is, which is especially useful when charging. The only thing that could improve this light is if the front of the clamp were clear so you could read through it.

Great nighttime reading light!

This product produces red and yellow light. I like the yellow light for reading, but I think it will take some practice to read under a red light. I like the size of the light and the brightness of the yellowish color. I think the red is not bright enough, but I might just need to learn to adapt to it. I like that there are 5 different levels of brightness. There are also 3 different light modes: Red, Yellow, and combination of Red and Yellow. I think it's great that this can be charged with a USB cable. The neck covered in soft silicone and is very flexible, almost too easy to reposition. There is a tiny row of green led lights that indicate battery level on the base clip. The clip feels sturdy and lightweight enough to clip onto a book without feeling too much extra weight or bulkiness. I am very satisfied with this little portable reading lamp. I'm going to order one for all my older grandkids for Christmas to encourage nighttime reading without adding too much extra light to their bedrooms.

Easy to use easy on your eyes.

This book light has 4 or 5 different levels of light intensity and also different colors of light. Not red green or blue but bright white to softer light that is easier on your eyes. Uses AAA batteries not the expensive button batteries that some other brands use. Bought it for my wife and she loves it. Happy wife happy life.

The design of this reading light is excellent. I loved that it clipped securely to my book and that the light was adjustable. The battery lasted for a whole night's reading. It worked perfectly for reading. Unfortunately after less than months of use, it no longer holds a charge. That's very disappointing because the concept is great, but the durability just wasn't there. UPDATE: I got an extension cord and charger. I plug the light in the charger, charger into the extension cord - and it works that way! I'm happy now, as it never loses it's light. ☺️ It is bright; easily adjustable; can change the color to fit your need; the clip works great; now a perfect light. The concept it great.

excellent reading light with selectable color and brightness

This is an excellent reading light, ideal for reading at/before bedtime. My headboard is a little too wide for the clamp, so I used a couple of 3M velcro strips to attach it, and that works just fine. The red is a bit too red for my taste, but the amber is just perfect, and setting it to a low-mid brightness gives me just enough light to read for a while before going to sleep. The controls are soft flat buttons on the top of the light: one each for brightness, color, and power on/off. I would have preferred a bit more texture on them, so I could find and identify them without looking. I keep the charge cable plugged in for convenience, so I can't comment on battery life. Previous products from this brand have been quite satisfactory, if that helps. Overall, for the really low price, this is an excellent product. It's a bit better than the product it replaced (which just stopped working after a few years of use).

Surprisingly Useful Little Light

I couldn’t be happier with this little LED light. The clip is surprisingly strong and doesn’t feel like cheap, flimsy plastic at all. It can clip onto edges around 1.25 inches and even a little thicker, and it holds itself securely without having to worry about it falling off. The light itself is very bright, and I really like having the different brightness levels and 5 different light tones. It starts with a nice warm orange glow for a softer light and goes all the way up to a very bright white. That makes it useful for everything from a little ambient light to actually seeing what I’m working on. The battery life has been awesome for me. I use it every day, usually about twice a day for around 5 minutes each time, so roughly 10 minutes a day. I’m getting about 3 weeks per charge, and it could probably last even longer. I normally recharge it when there are two battery dots left. The USB-C charging is also pretty quick. For such a small light, it’s incredibly versatile, bright, and has great battery life. Definitely one of those little gadgets you won't even think about, you just use it but it still shows up to work everyday haha.
