Great feature for my rock garden! Great ambient after sound and light, works flawlessly. Since this is a portable water fountain, it requires a bit of attention, like on a hot day, the water loss through evaporation is a bit accelerated, but then I have located it in my garden where there is full sun. I’m sure it would be different on a covered patio to indoors. In any case, it is beautiful and it is worth the money spent as the return on it is great!

The media could not be loaded. We just got ours but so far we love it. It looks better in real life. The pump is quiet and this seems really easy to manage for detecting refill needs as the recirculation hole is located at the bottom bowl in view. I was pleasantly surprised.

This is a nice fountain for the price. Arrived in good condition with minor assembly required which took all of 5 minutes. It does run strong and there is no variabilty in the flow rate or speed of the water pump, which really would make a great feature. Illumination is perfect. My issue began about a week after owning it. It developed a mysterious leak which lead to a slight flooding event in my living room. Turns out, the water return line, which runs from bottom basin up to the top basin, was not properly sealed at / in the top basin. This allowed water to flow into & build up inside the hollow plastic structure, until it found a way out. This took approx a week of running it before water had built up enough to begin leaking. A quick fix via silicone sealant seems to have done the trick and theres been no issues since. Do keep an eye on your water level if you purchase this, simply due to evaporation and slight splatter loss, water level will decline slightly over time and will need to be topped back off, about every 2 weeks or so. Running it low/out of water will kill the pump.

This is such a pretty fountain and has perfect spot for plant on top. Has a really nice rain sound that doesn't drown out conversation. It's just the right size for a small area

Beautiful fountain but has a design flaw that prohibits you from covering the pump completely with water. The hole that threads the tubing to the pump is mid way in the bottom bowl. It's impossible to cover the pump because the water runs into the hole, filling the interior of the fountain. Maybe we got the only one built like that but we had to return it.

fountain arrived today but the light and pump flickers. I have ensured everything is very tight. I think a wire must be loose near or in the adapter. I dont want to return it, but would like this part replaced please.

This came broken in certain places but the fountain worked so I decided not to deal with the back and forth with amazon and shipping because the first one they shipped never came. As for the product, it is pure trash, and will not hold water for the fountain to work. slowly leaked but the leak got worse and worse and now within an hour the water and pump do not work as a fountain. the birds started to also fall apart. pure junk, go to Lowes and buy one not worth the pain.

I could not find a contact seller option to ask for detailed assembly instructions. It is not clear if the pump cord is ok to be under water. With no way to seal the bottom, you will have to clean the bugs from hollowed out parts.
