The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this fountain for a little over a week and it seems to be working as it’s supposed to. A month ago I bought a different fountain. That first foundation was similar in design but functionally inferior. Aesthetically, this fountain is just what I was looking for. As other reviewers have mentioned, It really does look like concrete. And it’s easy to set up. Yes, connecting to the hose to the pump takes a bit of effort and probably took 5 or 6 minutes. My first attempt was to press both the pump and the hose together simultaneously, but it didn’t work that way. What finally worked was holding the pump securely and keeping it stable in one hand and with the hose in my other hand, firmly pressing the hose to the pump connection point.

I searched high and low for a fountain that was aesthetically pleasing and thought this was it after perusing the reviews. After barely a year, the water flow slowed to drips and drops and the motor completely died. I reached out to the brand’s support team per Amazon and they promptly shipped a new replacement motor. All is well in my world again!

The media could not be loaded. After scouring the internet for a fountain to enhance my backyard, I finally found this one! It did not disappoint! Not only does it add a touch of zen with the flowing water, but it is a work of art even when off!

Update to original review. First one was sent back, I waited for a refund and reordered another one. It arrived. Wad set up and appeared to be working. The excitement was unreal. Very nice looking. HOWEVER, water started to leak across the floor throughout the house. Not little splashed from the waterfall. Leaking. My son broke down the box for trash day thinking it was working, so I don't have the packaging to return a $400 buck fountain a second time. I would not purchase this item since it is risky. Was so excited for this item to finally arrive today. Opened the box and didn't even get to take the fountain out, it was broken. Others have had issues with it cracking or breaking after the short use. I'm not sure if any other parts were damaged because I didn't bother removing the whole thing from the box. My box was damaged on the outside as well, so I am hopeful for the replacement working well. .
