The media could not be loaded. I’ve spent the better part of a year searching high and low for the perfect fountain. We love the modern look of this fountain. Installing it was a breeze. I did buy another RGB pond light to replace the standard white light that comes with it (see video). It seems well constructed. The pump can be adjusted to get just the right level of ambiance. And I love that it has the spot for a nice plant at the top. Things I don’t love are the fact that the pot up top has no drainage. It also seems like a missed opportunity that the fountain can’t automatically provide water to that pot. Seems like a few more minutes at the drawing board and they could have easily solved that one. But these are rather minor issues. Overall this fountain looks fantastic; it sounds fantastic, and we just love the way it tied our garden together. You can’t beat the price! The second place fountain we were considering was $1200 more expensive than this one. If you spend any time looking at fountains you’ll find they are mostly ugly and very overpriced. This one is a none of that!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this fountain for a little over a week and it seems to be working as it’s supposed to. A month ago I bought a different fountain. That first foundation was similar in design but functionally inferior. Aesthetically, this fountain is just what I was looking for. As other reviewers have mentioned, It really does look like concrete. And it’s easy to set up. Yes, connecting to the hose to the pump takes a bit of effort and probably took 5 or 6 minutes. My first attempt was to press both the pump and the hose together simultaneously, but it didn’t work that way. What finally worked was holding the pump securely and keeping it stable in one hand and with the hose in my other hand, firmly pressing the hose to the pump connection point.

It was easy to assemble. Looks very pretty. I am giving it 4 stars because I just got it today and I want to wait to see if it functions well for some time. I do wish that they had sent a cover for it to store during winter time.

Update to original review. First one was sent back, I waited for a refund and reordered another one. It arrived. Wad set up and appeared to be working. The excitement was unreal. Very nice looking. HOWEVER, water started to leak across the floor throughout the house. Not little splashed from the waterfall. Leaking. My son broke down the box for trash day thinking it was working, so I don't have the packaging to return a $400 buck fountain a second time. I would not purchase this item since it is risky. Was so excited for this item to finally arrive today. Opened the box and didn't even get to take the fountain out, it was broken. Others have had issues with it cracking or breaking after the short use. I'm not sure if any other parts were damaged because I didn't bother removing the whole thing from the box. My box was damaged on the outside as well, so I am hopeful for the replacement working well. .
