The media could not be loaded. I’ve spent the better part of a year searching high and low for the perfect fountain. We love the modern look of this fountain. Installing it was a breeze. I did buy another RGB pond light to replace the standard white light that comes with it (see video). It seems well constructed. The pump can be adjusted to get just the right level of ambiance. And I love that it has the spot for a nice plant at the top. Things I don’t love are the fact that the pot up top has no drainage. It also seems like a missed opportunity that the fountain can’t automatically provide water to that pot. Seems like a few more minutes at the drawing board and they could have easily solved that one. But these are rather minor issues. Overall this fountain looks fantastic; it sounds fantastic, and we just love the way it tied our garden together. You can’t beat the price! The second place fountain we were considering was $1200 more expensive than this one. If you spend any time looking at fountains you’ll find they are mostly ugly and very overpriced. This one is a none of that!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this fountain for a little over a week and it seems to be working as it’s supposed to. A month ago I bought a different fountain. That first foundation was similar in design but functionally inferior. Aesthetically, this fountain is just what I was looking for. As other reviewers have mentioned, It really does look like concrete. And it’s easy to set up. Yes, connecting to the hose to the pump takes a bit of effort and probably took 5 or 6 minutes. My first attempt was to press both the pump and the hose together simultaneously, but it didn’t work that way. What finally worked was holding the pump securely and keeping it stable in one hand and with the hose in my other hand, firmly pressing the hose to the pump connection point.

This fountain is very nice and stylish. Easy to assemble. But it was delivered with a dime size hole near the top of the spiral. The package was not damaged, and it was surrounded by serriform, so I believe the damage occurred before it was packaged. I filled the hole with caulk and attempted to smooth it out.

The media could not be loaded. I'm super impressed with the fountain! It looks amazing. I chose the concrete finish and it looks like real, textured concrete in a very contemporary style. The water flow is amazing and very even, as you can see. And it sounds like rain. Set up was a breeze, easy to install and as soon as I plugged it in, water flowed and I didn't need to adjust anything! The shipping was much, much faster than expected;I think it arrived in three days! I had to contact the seller for a small shipping issue and they replied within an hour!! Please note, the pump and light run on separate power so you'll need to have a double outlet! One is a regular two prong plug and one is a small block.

Update to original review. First one was sent back, I waited for a refund and reordered another one. It arrived. Wad set up and appeared to be working. The excitement was unreal. Very nice looking. HOWEVER, water started to leak across the floor throughout the house. Not little splashed from the waterfall. Leaking. My son broke down the box for trash day thinking it was working, so I don't have the packaging to return a $400 buck fountain a second time. I would not purchase this item since it is risky. Was so excited for this item to finally arrive today. Opened the box and didn't even get to take the fountain out, it was broken. Others have had issues with it cracking or breaking after the short use. I'm not sure if any other parts were damaged because I didn't bother removing the whole thing from the box. My box was damaged on the outside as well, so I am hopeful for the replacement working well. .
