The only issue we had was that the part needed to plug in the tree and the remote control were missing from the box. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. The lights worked on the tree 1 day. I had lights on to make sure they worked and put all ornament ornaments on and next day I plugged in and top part of lights didn’t light up. I’m so disappointed. I tried many things to get them to work. So I added lights and now my tree lights don’t match. I can’t return it as I’d have to take all my ornaments off and go through the mess it will leave.
